Hi James Nice one good look round your stock of projects interesting things to come agribuggey and that old little of road truck have a good weekend thanks again
Hi James, although the idea of a td5 engine sounds good I’m with Mike best leave it alone you will open yourself up to a world of pain trying to swap it over and to be fair the ford 1.8 diesel engines are pretty much bulletproof as long as you change the cam belt at the right intervals.you have some interesting projects about and I love Mikes positivity.👍
That would be great thank you. Well I nearly went to Scotland a few weeks ago to get a tracked 6 man amphibious vehicle, the Bradshaw came from Bristol, the Kioti from Wiltshire.. so for the right machine and price we will travel.
Hi James, got some projects going on there, Looking at that Ford diesel engine that would be an early 1.6 D that first came out in 1984 fitted to the Mk2 Fiesta and MK3 Escort and Orion I think it was about 1988/89 it was up graded to a 1.8 D. good idea to drop a Landy engine in if it had Land Rover running gear a TD4 or TD5 would be good for it or a Ford Transit Diesel engine. As always a great video catch you soon Take care
That is awesome! I defo want to see it. We are on Facebook/Instragram/linkedin - search Machinery Nation or email your number contact@machinery-nation.com
@MachineryNationVlogs what will your costs be to make it £900? I understand its content for the channel but also interested in the economics of it. Either way you'll make 400- 500 quid on it but with a lot less work if you knock it on
