@@fisalyusuf26 so I have my buttons mapped on my controller, when I do WR2 all I have to do is hit my L1 because I’ve mapped my 1+2 to it so I can just hit one button to transition into IAI easier

@@fisalyusuf26 yeah the timing is fast, the min I hit WR2 I already am hitting my L1 to transition into IAI cause if you wait a little bit to long it won’t come out at all. You should be hitting it the min you do WR2 essentially. And appreciate you hope you have a great day as well!!

@@chucklos391 yeah I usually cancel out of stance to bait it cause sometimes ppl miss the window to punish it right away it was just that time I made a bad read on it. I always have to pay attention cause even in ranks like Tekken king you get ppl who throw out the rage art a lot

and the UF1 punish is so hard to do from crouch without getting WS1, so you just default to WS4 lmao

Right it’s stuff like that I wished were fixed so you can get a proper punish instead of just resulting to WS4 😭

@@Lotus_awakening i believe giving it 2 more negative frames so jin can’t spam it is feasible. make it -14 or 15. Yes you can hop kick or 1+2 it but literally has to be on a read or you’re gonna get CH & I find that ridiculous lol

What about it is not working consistently? Are you not getting WR2 to come out? Or is your IAI stance not working?

@@phenomenalsuave when you do WR2 into IAI stance, make sure you aren't holding any other button other than down. Window to hold down is a little strict

i thought you had to press 3+4 to go into stance from WR2, holding down feels so weird.

@Prototyp3Productions I didn't know you could do 3+4. But I would still stick to holding down since pressing 2 buttons is more prone to error.

Yeah man it’s way more side step able now and it’s kinda annoying 😭 but we work through all the nerfs with Victor because we have very good buffs. Thanks for the congrats, we’re getting closer to Tekken God every time we jump back in ranked 😊

@@Lotus_awakening you cant even make U1+2 work anymore after F41 heat dash. it wiffs every time. But the F41D is cool and 1+2 perfumer beeing +6 is a big plus since they nerfed the +5 WR2. Thats his best frame trap now

@@claudimerro yeah they really made it so U1+2 is super SideStepped now, the perfumer 1+2 is fantastic the problem is though that most of frame traps can also be side stepped if you know the Mu

Super solid move for Victor I don’t use it all the time but it definitely has its uses for a lot of situations

I’ve played really good players that were in blue ranks in my other videos this just happen to be the one where who I played weren’t really that great imo. The matches you see are just ones I pick where I am showing off what Victor can do in this patch. If I showed all my matches the video would be way too long lmao.

@@Lotus_awakening I'll prove it to you. Go on ranked and you will get demoted back to fujin because now the prowess will match you against real tekken players. It's not your fault the rank system gives everyone a free ride to Tekken king like there's 2 different pools of the blue ranks. Victor is the easiest character to rank to Tekken king and 95% of victor players get demoted back down to fujin/purple ranks if you only play him. I'm not hating I'm just proving that victor players don't know how to play tekken because of how the character is designed. Prove me wrong by playing ranked and not getting demoted back down to fujin level. The prowess system will now throw you in the real blue ranks and above. If your prowess is less then 200k you are in a different pool of ranked players. Now you are above 200k even fujins will be monsters. You will see. Congratulations on Tekken king 👑 that's still a big achievement. Now the real Tekken ranked begins. Good luck 🤞

@@cbimz I’ve faced Tekken King players and higher it’s not that hard honestly, and if you get demoted back to fujin rank from Tekken king you’re just terrible at that point man no cap. You only start facing the real good players around Tekken God to Obviously Supreme and God of Destruction. I’ve played people with over 200K prowess’s and they are still not great. To say there’s two different pools of blue ranks is insane. Victor does play Tekken 8 like every character that is really strong. He still plays the poking game, whiff punishing, strong heat game, and has his 50/50s. To say Victor players don’t know how to play Tekken is a dumb comment since this game is not the same as any other Tekken. You say you’re not hating but you said Victor players don’t know how to play Tekken lmao that’s hating cause you either don’t play Victor cause you think it’s super easy or you play a character significantly worse. That’s hating my guy. I’ve never got demoted to the point where I go back 4 ranks that’s insane and like I said you have to not be that good then to lose all those points lmao. I’ll continue winning and losing and adjusting myself like I do to get to the next rank. Appreciate the view though man 😁 have a good day!
