Only one reason why a yard gets like that. A lazy ass! Dead truck under the car port, rusting away. Hole in the roof that the owner won't even throw a tarp over to protect. Amazingly stupid move.

This is a sweet little house. It needs a little more TLC and it could be someone's home again. I love to see these old places restored. They were well made, and deserve another chance to make a family feel at home.

That house was built in the 1800s? WOW!!! That's a keeper!! The dirt road still existing in front of the house. Probably cost too much money to pay to hire fixing the roof, ceiling and floor. It's such an charming house. Once those trees and bushings were cleared, you can see the sun shining through the windows and really brighten the house up! Great job guys!! The house might be wounded but its still standing..❤

This house was dark and gloomy, you guys opened it up like a "flower in bloom", FANTASTIC job!! Can't wait to see it pressure washed.

If you keep running into poison ivy and such, you need to invest in some hazmat suits! I don’t blame you for not trying to cut around it. I am very allergic to it also. In spite of any obstacles you run into, you always do a great job. Stay safe!

I always like to imagine how I would decorate a home after the property has been cleaned. This is a cute place. A good bath first of all. A new front door, candles in the windows, flower boxes and always the American flag hanging out front. Great job guys!

I was sad to see the little cottonwood tree go in the front yard, but that tree could have really messed up the foundation. It picked the wrong place to grow. Nice cleanup, I'd live there!

Dont particularly notice the sidings when there is so much more taking the attention... but once all done the dirty sidings takes a bit of shine off a magnificent garden clean-up. So yes, a sidings clean would gel the finished look together.

This is the second house you’ve done with no one living in it, that has been run into deplorable conditions. I don’t understand how these homes can be just forgotten about, when there are so many who could use a break in this world and would have helped maintain it. If the guy learned anything from the help he got for nothing, it’s where giving should have started. I don’t mean to be harsh, but I’m looking at the big picture of love and giving.

Gold can right gaurd deodorant spray. My mom always made us spray our arms stuff down before we did any work around poison ivy. Spray it every couple hours depending on how much you are sweating. Doesn't keep it all away but cuts down on it for sure. Love the videos my friend.

Put some peroxide in your laundry when you wash your clothes and it will kill the oil from the posion ivy in your clothes too!😁

You guys did a great job cleaning up around the place I hate the thought of him burning it down or taking it down I know the house is falling apart but it has such class they built so much better back then they do now they lasted a whole lot longer when we built them. I hope you don't destroy all the old flowers, my husband and I used to when we first were married go around to Old Farm sites and abandoned houses that or from the early century and take the flowers that were around there we left some but we took many and made my house look pretty but then we sold it and I didn't get the flowers that I had taken from so many different abandoned from places and the flowers at the place where I first lived when we were married you would never know they were even there now the new home owners just mowed over it, it's okay my place in Heaven's going to have lots of flowers. If he's going to keep the house yes I would love to see you clean it up I think all it needs is a new roof Maybe but to see the house pop again would be really pretty.

Back in the day, they called a hallowed out tree a " widow maker " because they often fell on folks and killed them. Just something I've heard a number of times in the past.

Great clean up! Lots of hard work went into that. I want to see the inside of the house. Where i live that is not a tear down. Unless the foundation is unrepairable or the entire structure is rotted and falling down. Can’t wait to see the part 2.
