To my knowledge, Eminem was the only one of his level of fame to ever say it in a song like he did. Tell me if someone else said something first. "But Kells, the day you put out a hit's the day Diddy admits That he put the hit out that got Pac killed, ah "
@@richardpatterson4312 Your experience begat quite the arbitrary definition of good and bad. Not every fruit makes the basket but you wouldn't forego a forage for a single rotten fruit. Nothing is quite so black and white, and even more so not everything is, or was made to be universal. That advice is sound enough, even more so if it arose from experience. Ever heard the old axiom: "A wounded bear is a dangerous animal"?
For the people saying that Eminem predicted it, while it does sound cool, there was a lot of beef between the two record labels and diddy was a suspect from day one.
What's funny is Em pointed out Diddy's involvement in Tupac's murder in the same song he used to diss MGK so hard that he switched genres Edit: My source is I made it tf up
He really switched genres? Reminds me of the time Dominick Reyes beat up Jon Jones and made him switch weight classes then Francis Ngannou made him stay out of heavyweight too lol
Diddy same dude that said to minors acoross the united states that "peeing can feel just as good as sex" and he is saying this in a black tall tee and a black or naby headband in the midst of urinating and u cant see his d, but hes turned around nsck bent and head and neck drs.aticau back looking at canera telling you to "stop the unsafe sex, you can get an even better feeling from urinating". This occured during the big Myspace days. Im gonna try to find the video so i can link it
Orlando did it! I knew this when I was 16. I'm 42. My Family is from the neighborhood that all of the drama originally unfolded at. Suge had Death Row/Hood meetings at his mother's house which was a block or two from my Grandmother's house in Long Beach off of Burris street. Pac got his chain snatched there by Orlando due to a beef he and Suge had going. Orlando being a Crip, Suge being a blood.......you do the math. Their beef went back years apparently. Pac was involved in something that had nothing to do with him. Vegas happens. Orlando stole a Cadillac, switched the plates and went looking for Suge after the Tyson fight. He assumed Suge would be the passenger like he generally was around the Long Beach/Compton, and he opened fire. Pac and Suge were in opposite positions of what was expected. Pac catches bullets meant for Suge. I was supposed to visit my father the weekend after the Tyson fight. My father called me and told me everything. Said I couldn't come out there because Suge put a green light on any Crip in the area. People who weren't even banging were getting clipped. The only reason my father knew any of this was because Orlando was his God Son. A few years later Orlando was killed at a Self Service Car Wash during a shoot out. Believe what you want, but everything this detective has said is TRUE. There was no hit by Diddy though. It had everything to do with Suge and Orlando having prior beef. Pac unfortunately was killed due to something that had nothing to do with him really. It was gang shit that had a beginnings before Pac was even with Death Row. I told a buddy of mine this whole thing when I was still in the Air Force. He didn't believe me, and honestly I wouldn't have either, but about 4 or 5 years after I told him the tale, this detective released his book saying about 90% of what I told my buddy. I go to this friends wedding years later, and he had read the detectives book. He couldn't believe how much I knew matched the details that were uncovered.
@@gskate117 Sorry guy. I'm just another person that says they know something. Unlike 99% of them, I'M RIGHT. No evidence to back me, but I know what I know, and this is something I have absolutely no reason to spin a tale about. Orlando was the killer. He denied it on the news, but everyone around his hood knew. Word/ rumors got around to the detective I'm sure as years passed. He came out with his info almost 15 years after Pac's death I believe. It took him that long to gather the pieces to the puzzle. This is all super old, and at this point it will stay in the realm of speculation. Too many people who were close to the situation and those that weren't but knew those involved have made so much shit up, have come up with so many motives or to just try to insert themselves into the tale of the man's demise or to simply muddy the waters. If they aren't/weren't from Long Beach/Compton during those years they don't know a thing about this situation. It wasn't Puffy, Biggie, or any other amalgamation of shit regarding rap or rappers.
@tdaniels.....whoa, for some reason I believe you are telling the truth, this is too much detail to seem like a lie. I remember back in September 1996 I was a senior in high school and I was in complete shock because Tupac was my favorite rapper. I had a hunch it was Orlando because I remember they interviewed him about a month after this incident, and he was clearly lying his ass off. But let me ask you this.....wasn't Travon Lane (not baby lane/Orlando) the one who got his chain snatched at the mall by orlando and a few of his homies?
@@donnygonzalezz Champ, I can't speak on that. I'm not sure of all the goon shit Orlando was into or did. The only chain info I knew about, let alone can recall was when Pac got his snatched by Orlando at Suge's mother's house. Even that might be a bit sketchy. That was a situation that was described to me maybe a few days after Pac had been shot. I asked my father a few questions about how Orlando even had the chain that would get him stomped out after that Tyson fight. My father wasn't there, but Orlando's dad and my father grew up together and still lived on the same block. So I assume that story was shared that way. I lived with my mother in Pasadena at the time, so I was not around Orlando to know all he was into when I was not around my father and Orlando's father. Any South Side activities were not on my radar or honestly my business. I was a Jr. in High School at that time, and Orlando was simply my God Cousin, for whatever that's worth. Essentially, my father's side of the family, and a slew of other people on their block and sprinkled around the city grew up with or knew family of Death Row, and Ruthless record artists.executives, and employees. Everyone is connected to someone, somehow in Long Beach/Compton. From Suge's infamous blood red office and the meetings/beatings/shootings (DRE) he held in them, to the orgy parties, and sexual proclivities of known artists, it all manages to trickle out via people these famous folk grew up/work with that still have access to both them and us regular folk.
"Kelly, the day you put out a hit is the day Diddy admits that he put the hit out that got Pac killed." And then went on to say in the outro: "I'm just playin', Diddy. You know I love you." Yes, my unfortunate ass remembered.
Diddy put a bounty on a deathrow chain (think Jeezy-Gucci). Orlando Anderson robbed a blood for his Deathrow Chain. Pac was friends with the guy who got his chain snatched and he told Pac who did it. So when Pac saw Orlando at the MGM...
Didn’t pac have Orlando jumped at a show? he may have even been involved personally. Pac was killed hours later. If that’s true Pac had it coming. Treat others how you wish to be treated no? I learned that in the second grade.
Nothing thug about getting in and out of prison buddy. It’s called being stupid. Thug is taking care, taking responsibility and being there for your children. Not everyone is fit to be a parent I guess.
If it was the internet/meme age when Pac was killed and you posted that on Twitter, some poor Chinese or Vietnamese guy with that name would be hunted down by a mob.
His nephew sat behind Keefe in passenger side. And they shot from driver side. That’s almost impossible. It was most likely big dre who was behind the driver and witness a large hand shot which big dre was a very big person
He had nothing to do with there deaths he's just another pawn to make y'all dumbasses think they're both dead when in reality he was in on both of them faking their deaths
I think pac was ready to leave death row, but suge was not gonna let him go, if he can't have him then nobody can. Killed of pac knowing his record sales will jump through the roof, making more money in his death in his prime. Pac wrote so much music he really didn't even need him anymore. Put out a few songs from the library and you have an album. R.I.P to one of the greatest minds of rap.
Well if Suge was going to have someone do it I'm sure he told that person not to shoot him when I'm sitting next to him like Suge was when pac got shot
Tupac wasn't signed to death row. He recorded as much as he did bcuz interscope put the money up for his bail and he owed them. Death row and suge knight was a front. At the time interscope was having issues with controversial lyrics and people wanting to "clean up" or censor many artists. Operating with death row as a front gave tupac (signed to Interscope) the freedom to make the music he made without interscope bringing any additional tension upon themselves while sorting out the business and censorship stuff.
I have always figured it was one of the still standing OG rappers that was involved. Ain't no way these guys outlast 2 of the most iconic rappers biggie and Tupac.
@@skychad2008 he's using an overused joke that you will see again. He means that mystery and history rhymes so somehow that means Eminem feels like he has to retire. It's just a terrible and unoriginal joke,. You're not missing out on anything.
No matter the finger that pulled the trigger or masterminded the killing, we all will die one day. Even the one billion dollars promised to the murderer won't last for ever !!! R.I.P my favorite street poet.
Puffy taking this one to the Grave. I remember reading something about Diddy & J.Cole getting into a fight at a party some yrs back. Cuz Cole was telling Puff to tell the Truth about what he really knew about the situation. It wouldn't surprise me if it was Really True. Puff Daddy a Snake! And he did put a Bounty out on the DeathRow chains. So anythings possible...🤷♂️
Nigga what… they got into a fight because Diddy was tryna Punk Kendrick about the “King of New York bar” on Control at a Grammys after Party. J Cole intervened on behalf of Kendrick. He wouldn’t fight Diddy over some shit he wasn’t even around to speculate
Eminem has been telling us about the real gangsters and the fake one his entire career. When people don't take you seriously you can speak the truth more freely.
Pac was a political activist he gave black awareness for humanity Rip 2Pac my mom said that he was our cousin recently before she left this earth i believe it #ripmom #legendsforever
"But this idiot's boss pops pills and tells him he's got skills But Kells, the day you put out a hit's the day Diddy admits That he put the hit out that got Pac killed, ah" - detective slim
@ChuckTheMpc the "im just playing" line is a reference to the endings of his previous songs- kill you, so much better and white america. So he definitely wasnt joking
@ChuckTheMpc That's a scheme he used to do back in his old records. I remembered one of them saying: "And I'm just playing ladies/women, you know I love you". Or something like that
RIP Tupac A true legend taken too soon his wisdom will live on forever in the hearts of his black and white brothers and sisters hearts the man who wanted change and equality for all .
@@isidrohernandez8836 we're actually talking about two different songs. I'm referring to "That's Just the Way It is" by Bruce Hornsby, which is the song it sounds like "Changes" is based off of. If you listen, they are both similar. I never knew Changes existed until now, and it's pretty good.
This exchange reminds me of being in a department store with some friends in high school. I graduated in the early '00s so I have memories growing up of hearing "Changes" on the radio constantly. The original song came on in the store and we were all expecting to hear "Changes" and were super surprised to learn that day that the beat was based on a sample.
Duane Keith Davis was just indicted on a murder charge. He was indicted on one count of open murder with use of a deadly weapon with a gang enhancement (think that just makes the sentence longer). Duane is the uncle of Orlando Anderson
@@Iamfolarin no he tf didn't he probably doesen't even know who tf is vlad 💀 he probably got it from West coast gangsters or something since he was affiliated with a lot of them back in the 2000s
