you need a NEW IMPELLER asap !!! you want alot more water coming out of the block...I have Merc outboards and they get HOT real fast and will seize up !!! other then that THUMBS UP and good luck with it !!

Definitely want to keep all of the required safety equipment on board, they will look for any reason to give you a citation on the water. Looks like it will be a fun spot there for sure!👍
