That happened to us once leaving Philadelphia to head over for a cruise and I'm banging on the bus window to let us out so we can get out because he's waiting in line to pull up to the next concourse. We started running and one of the courtesy vehicles picked us up dropped us off. We ran as there was nobody in the waiting area, and they said, slow down you're okay. I think we were the last ones on the plane, but we sat there probably for a half hour- 45 minutes before we took off! They had already given us boarding passes for the next morning's flight. Talk about panic!

Yeah you could have done a taxi, but its nice your friends included you. They were probably just wanting to be assured that you all could get to the ship. Excited to see all the fun on this trip!

I’m sailing on this in 2025 and I booked everyone in my group in cabins where the bed is next to the balcony to give more distance from the bathroom. Can’t wait to see the other videos and your thoughts on the ship

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am doing the BOGO air for a Barcelona to Venice cruise in May and wanted to hear more about your experience with the BOGO air. I feel like the title gives the impression that it would be covered in a bit more detail than it was. I loved the great Barcelona information!

I run 🏃‍♀️ through a terminal all the time 😅 it’s stressful but as long as you make it to the gate at least 15 mins before it leaves you will get on lol 😂

You highlighted my biggest concern with Norwegian in this video....and thats the dining situation. I also couldn't get over the "bathroom" in the stateroom. Yikes!

The dining situation in our opinion is good, for larger parties like ours, 10 or more guests it’s slow and that’s natural. It’s not natural to not get some to take your order though. We ate in the main dining room almost every night. 4 people or less at a table and the service was great, quick, and accurate lol

My brother and I will be going out of Galveston TX with NCL and because there are 2 airports the BOGO flights would be too nuts as NCL doesn't direct your flights even to the same airline or airport! Now flight times is another crazy thing. It's a roll of the dice, especially because I am coming from Pensacola and he is coming from Newark. So to get the airline and flights to the same airport as we are coming in one day early, but if we came by NCL to different airports at different times the expense would have been doubled to the hotel and maybe worse if he was to arrive at IAH and I was at Hobby at different times it would not be the best. Even though we planned to fly the same airline we planned our second leg to fly together and for each of us from the arrival flight to the 2nd there was only 40 minutes to get to the flight in DFW. Talk about a run! I will require a wheelchair ♿️ but my brother won't, but I called to ask about the flight waiting if my assist is not quick enough and the American Airlines person I spoke with said they do not communicate with the 2nd gate letting them know the wheelchair is on the way. Talk about lack of customer service in caring that you make your flight by waiting. You are so right about the NCL drink pkg needing to have containers of water included. For the price of one drink a 6 pk of water could be included.

I did some research before our cruise coming up next May, and numerous people said to never let the cruise line book your flights because 9 times out of 10 they will book your flight on the same day of the cruise. So many people made complaints because of that. Now, these were cruises out of Florida and not international.

Booking the flight on the same day was not the issue. We were able to chose to have our flight up to two days before and after the cruise which is what we did. The issue was a short connection and our first flight was delayed, the cruise line could not have predicted a delay in our first flight 🤷

Norwegian is known to book very short connections.

That's the risk when booking your flights with the cruise line, they are often connecting flights and if the flights are delayed, you will miss the next flight.

We had a 55 minute layover so there wasn’t much room for error.

Never again. Booked flights with NCL once and that was enough. I love cruising NCL but their travel agent customer service for these kind of things is awful and they have a good little grift going.
