@@brontube yah bronny gramps treating them like once a year what's the matter with that. Seems like they're well off and can support themselves anyways. Old people often feel better if we let them be independent and capable.
“Hope you guys are having a plain and simple good day, and if not... well I hope tomorrow’s a better day.”- Lachlan Fairbairn. This is one of the most wholesome and genuine ways of saying that, like there’s no unnecessary nonsense, just plain and simple sincerity.
I feel like they are saying that the 91 year old looks healthy, and then Jesus Christ is used an expletive, they are missing a crucial comma and so you have misinterpreted their comment.
Why'd you have to go and make things so complicated? I see the way you're acting like you're somebody else. Gets me frustrated. Just admit that you love the videos I make, my dear shib
The “yup” that lachlan and Jaxon do at 59s is the same one everyone does when your grandparents say something that doesn’t sound right or fit the context
@@theepicduck4207 A large majority of white Aussies have Irish heritage. I've got Irish ancestry from the first fleet, the free settlers and lastly, from my awesome grandparents! Plus, it's just a hat lol he can wear it if he wants 😂😂
David Vartanian Ikr it’s so weird. But then again, IQ is not everything. There are different fields and aspects where you can be knowledgeable in. I find it funny when people boast about their IQ, saying it’s 160 and theyre better than everyone, well most likely they are also depressed...
My mum complains that she's too old to eat ice cream and fried food because it hurts her immune system. Meanwhile these old people are enjoying their lives doing what they want and eating well!
I wish more people would appreciate their grandparents. When you're little you enjoy the fun games and being spoilt. Then you get older and you don't tend to need them as much and you go abt your on life, and you may think old people are silly. But I tell you, you do need them and will see their value before it is too late.
@@mostcoolkid78 That's so bad. I understand that some people can't even unconditionally love their parents, cuz they might be shit people. Did it get better?
Awww your Grandies are so awesome!! Really kind and smart... what happened to you lots??? Kidding. It’s clear that their adventurous spirits and big hearts came right down to you two. Thanks for this, super nice.
Oh my word. 15 years ago, when I was 15, me and my Grandad had a holiday in Australia. It was amazing, and the one and only bloody fish and chip shop we went to was the exact same one you guys went to! Small world. As I remember they did a mean garfish.
@Joshua Reed and they're all run by some 40-something lady with an apron, and she always throws a couple extra bits of stuff in if you're a regular. Nearly every town had a fish & chip shop and the locals will swear by it being the best ever. Man, the one in Narooma was 😘👌🖐️
Not really, I'm in America and I go and see my 92 year old grandma multiple times a week. Unless your grandparents are dead, in which I express my condolences.
This made me cry. Haven't been able to see my grandparents since covid hit and likely won't be able to for the rest of the year. Your grandparents seem just lovely! Thank you for sharing
Aww man this makes me so homesick for the normanville bakery, that old-person-south-'stralian Strine, and cornish pasties... My grandparents made the most sturdy cornish pasties back in the day, they'd never fall apart in your hands. They probably put some spare concrete in them or something, but they were bloody delicious. Enjoy every day with your grandies while they're still around ✌
Full credit to the boys for spending time with Grandad and Nanny. Ain’t nothing like memories when times come to appreciate them. Love your folks and your family cause you will realise not taking Anzac biscuits to you great uncle will be one of the last things that they want. Love you all ❤️
This absolutely melted my heart. I never grew up knowing my grandparents. I was that kid on Grandparent’s Day at school who had to ‘share’ a friend’s grandparent . How woeful. Haha. (Also, ew. The word ‘share’ has made me feel as though I said something extremely dirty).
I know how you feel. My "Grandma" on Grandparents Day was a friend of the family that was also my babysitter. She was the right age, so some of the kids didn't realize we weren't related. It was really nice that she wanted to be there for me.
This is so wholesome. I lost my Oma to COPD last November, she was only 74. I grew up with my great grandma and it sucks to know my future kids won't have that experience. My Opa is 80 and living the best he can on his farm with a dozen cats, I can't wait to visit him again. Please, talk to your grandparents and don't smoke cigarettes.
You're in my town! We call the fish n chip shop you went to the 'lamb shop' because my brother thought that the scales on the fish in the window looked like lambs wool when he was young. We didn't correct him and to this day we call it the 'lamb shop'... riveting story I know. Also, its impressive how much sight seeing you fitted into one day.
I love seeing all your ridiculous shenanigans in other videos, and having it broken up by completely normal, relatable content like this. The Fairbairn bois are just good, wholesome dudes. What a wonderful family to hangout with.
I’m only 32 years old and I don’t have grandparents anymore that are alive, so spend time with yours and enjoy them while you can. I loved seeing this and miss being able to spend time with mine.
