If you would like to get involved helping the Blackfeet dogs I will be updating info in the description as we get more involved. PS. Adopt, don’t shop. On any given day in the USA alone there are over 70 MILLION homeless dogs and cats on the streets just trying to survive and each year around 1 million of them are euthanized. Rethink that designer dog or puppy gift, when there’s millions of “Camper’s” out there. Xoxox 😭
I've never lived anywhere where I could have a dog, not enough yard, but I rescue cats. You're amazing for championing their cause. The world needs more people like you.
ya it cant be that bad .. sue gets to eat muff .. and dog doing doggie .. while she eats all muff .. it really cant be that bad .. all there missing is some big black 🍆
Thank you! I can’t wait to get her on the road! Audio used to be a big learning curve for me from last year so I appreciate the feedback! I think I finally got it down! Haha
Well I hope the ringworm situation gets better. I like the Sand Cloud blanket. We got quite a few of those around here too. Glad to fix for the truck seem to be an easy one. All I've got to say is the only reason I haven't gotten the big thing I wanted to turn into an RV was because no one's going to come out and deal with a 300 lb plus tire so I've opted to go and look for something more reasonable but I still have my truck and I'm glad I have AAA cuz there is no way I could change a tire on it. Yes everybody loves the Rez Dogs!
Incredible and inspiring video! We thought it would be cool when my son was five years old to visit "The Queen Mary" and go on a ghost tour! The ship had an eerie feel. When we got home and went to bed my son woke up in the middle of the night for 3 straight nights screaming "The ship is sinking" and a lot more in-audible sounds! Needless to say, we are much more cautious visiting anywhere that may have past spirits!
"Native people's" sounds so condescending. If you were born in the U.S. you are a native American. The American Indians are descendants of indigenous tribes, but at this point they aren't any different from anyone else except that they've been instititionaliized from years of reservation living and imbibing leftist propaganda about victimhood and the evils of "white colonialism". The truth is that "native peoples" were as hostile and savage to each other since time immemorial as the "white man," if not worse. Same goes for slavery; it's a barbaric tradition that cuts across race and national lines to prehistory.
When you are climbing long steep mountain roads with a loaded down truck, you want to use low range on the transfer box to keep the transmission temperature lower and less stress on the transmission. Same thing goes for descending the mountain ,low range and first or second gear on the transmission this will help with engine braking and helps with keeping the brakes cooler ,you were going way to fast down that mountain pass with all that weight.
I know all about feeding the stray animals. Live in Phoenix and am feeding 6 stray cats and ive named them all. They already have rough lives its the least I can do!! Awesome stuff
Thank you for helping..❤️. For a lot of the dogs you are all they have...I live in the Philippines and the amount of dogs starving here is insane..I do all I can but I'm only one person and no one here really cares..so I understand how upsetting it is and thank you for caring about our best friends..❤️❤️ keep up the great work....the main thing is to get as may spayed and neutered as possible...or nothing changes
You popped up today in a sea of recommended. Huge dog lover here. Subscribed. I rescued my fur baby when she was a puppy after I got home from OEF. Nobody wanted her. I did & she rescued me as much as I rescued her. She passed away almost two yrs ago and I miss her every day. LOL @ "ringworm boy is up" 😂
You're supposed to ring bells as you walk along to scare the bears away. However, you can tell the black bear from the grizzly bears by their poop. The grizzly bears have bells in their poop. I know, major dad joke that a ranger told us in Yellowstone!
It is funny seeing you girls feed dogs that are well taken care of in the first place. We have traveled in countries south of the USA where the dogs were skin and bones and full of disease. It is nice to see that you have a heart for animals.
None of my business but I would personally feel better for your on, or off, road safety if ya'll were in a 3500, 4500 or 5500 dually truck. A Dodge even has a bigger cab with more rear seat area. They would be far more stable at all times but especially in an emergency move type situation. In law enforcement I worked far too many wrecks involving folks mostly towing too much trailer with too little trucks but also campers like yours. Guess you're living the tiny way to create interest but adding a nice camper trailer wouldn't defeat your purpose and life would be a lot roomier. Heck, just get a plain motorcycle enclosed trailer and use it to either sleep and cook in or just to haul a couple electric bikes and "stuff". An 8x14 would be a great addition.
Nomads never existed because people wanted to do it because and they were so bored and to have some fun or to make some content for social media. They had to do it because it was only way for them to just barely survive.
Loved seeing Sara . She was a great addition to the videos and sooo cute. Nikki, thank you so very much for taking care of all those dogs.... that's exactly what I would have done! Get well soon Camper.
@@lyndagordon6050 more then you did dookie face! So your saying your gonna donate what she’s donating her 1000 pounds a week or month to feed them pups YOURRR SO AMAZING!!! 🌭
@@mydrivec Lynda Gordon is a person that’s bitter she keeps getting dumped lives at her moms and don’t got nothing better to do them to insult n critize people that are actually doing something…. What’s a good name for them?
@@lyndagordon6050 Perhaps since its just food you can help out too (great suggestion guys) & match my donation and send 1000 lbs yourself too, it’s only around $1500 a month ;-) not including the other areas I have already made commitments to. You can email campercares@gmail.com and I’ll send you the addresses and info of any particular rescue in need you choose.
As someone immersed in rescue, I can't tell you how much it means to see you not only getting involved to help these poor dogs, but also that you gave the issue the importance it deserves by using your voice and platform to educate. I wish more people with influence cared like you do. Thank you, Nikki.
I've been a fan of your channel for a few months now, but after seeing you help those dogs, and hearing your story, I'm now a super fan. From one animal lover to another.... Thank You
Hi Nikki, I am from Browning and live in NM now..... Thank you so much for showing our small community and being a true friend to all those dogs. Go back in the 1st week of July to see our POW-WOW we have each year. Safe travels!!!!!!!
@@Alexandra-lx4jq Many people are trying to help there’s just not enough help to make a dent. :-( so unfortunately it’s more complicated than that. Most of them never chose to own an animal. Also many cruel humans take the dogs they don’t want any more and just dump them at the rez knowing this is the situation- I wish it was as black and white as you say but it’s not :-(. And it’s not just on the rez this is happening, I come across this way too often. As for the rest We need to respect the wishes of the tribe but also realize the huge stray and abandoned dog problem not only in the rez but across the USA especially in major cities (shelters are over loaded - the ones in this area are, I was told there are more than 40 new puppies needing adoption not including the dogs who have been there for months - not including the kill shelters that just kill the dogs after days of being there, so sometimes the street is a better option at the moment… it’s just wild). Short versions of Why I take such a strong stance on adopting and never breeding or shopping.
Love your concern for the dogs Nikki and I know how expensive it is to feed one let alone dozens. But that dog problem is growing exponentially. It needs a neutering fix. Good on you for supporting the community financially to feed their dogs. 👏👏
Nikki, Sarah and Camper y'all rock! Loved Sarah she was a blast! The way you took care of all of them pups with all that food was something that the world needs nowadays! I'm here for the algorithm! Peace
Sarah, thank you for joining the ride and letting us take part, it was great meeting you. You seem to have all of the best traits in common with your cousin! I kinda hope that the trip gave you a taste for travel, living on the road and youtubing, because you are a natural on camera. Nikki, fingers crossed for Camper! I hope it all turns out well
Even in the face of adversity, your smile and spirit shine through...Thanks for introducing us to Sarah..she's another natural adventurer..Hope you two have more escapades together...Onward and Upward, Nikki..You ROCK !
Your cousin Sarah and you have great on camera chemistry! Beautiful video and places you visited. Thanks for always putting out great outdoor content! Little escape when you can't get out yourself atm. Also much love to all the dogs out there. That made me want to go to that town and help those little angels.
@@brendaleigh7834 please be nice, we all have days in life when we are really challenged or down about something. I have been watching Nikki’s videos for a around 6 months (and watched some of the older videos after watching the new one for the week and I have seen she has a very caring heart for animals. Also we don’t know what other stress she has going on in her life that she doesn’t add to her videos maybe for her privacy reasons. I realise we may not know the effects of a simple comment but please be thoughtful in your comments 🙂
❤️ Thank you. Appreciate Your kindness and it means so much and honestly keeps me driven to continue sharing my videos and using my platform to promote good, seems the more I do the more hate that gets attracted too! Can be exhausting! Haha LOVE YOU GUYS!
@@NikkiDelventhal Sarah needs to make more appearances on your channel. She looks like a very bright and funny young lady. On camera, you two appear to make a good team. It looks like good chemistry between you and Sarah. Hopefully the pup got the right meds for his ringworm.
Nikki that is amazing what you did for those dogs and the way you respected the "rez" dogs and can differentiate which are taken care of and which are not. Your a blessing!
What a wonderful, beautiful and fun addition Sarah is to the adventure. Hope we see her again in future videos. She seems to be a natural in front of the camera. The three of you are a great team.
Thank you for taking care of Camper--he's lucky to have you to take care of him. And, thank you for what you did for those stray dogs. Regular viewers of your videos know that you are a big-hearted person. Keep making your great videos! Safe travels always!!!
Dogs love us unconditionally, there is no reason we shouldn’t do the same. So heartwarming to see just how much you care. And what a level head when things go wrong. 😊 Great video.
Is that why dogs attack and mutilate roughly 14 thousand people per day in this country? Because they love you so much? Or is it that you dog weirdos are delusional and cannot comprehend basic facts and statistics. Like the fact that dogs are mutated predators that are incapable of reason or logic. It don’t love you. 🙄 it’s brain is literally incapable and it’s a scientific fact. Where do you dog nutters come up w this crap anyways? And why do you all repeat it like mindless drones? Who are you trying to convince? Yourself or everyone else? LoL
You are an ANGEL. I'm sure they were so grateful for 1000 lbs of food. Safe travels . P.S. Sara needs to come back ASAP . You two are awesome together ❤.
Great work helping out those dogs. I worry that if none of them are desexed the problem will get worse. Hope your luck has taken an upward turn. Bye Sarah, nice meeting you.
"Ringworm boy is up!" and "We're all just extras -- Camper is the main event!" So sorry for the mishaps, but you must have been grateful to have Sara along when things went out of whack. And a massive hug to you and Camper for donating much-needed food to the dogs and for your sensitivity and understanding of their lives on reservation land and for those who live there and to everyone who wants to take care of all the dogs. Thank you.
Amazing episode glad you got it all worked out. Thank you for helping all the pups on the rez. You my friend have a great heart. You and Camper have put a smile on my face though some bad times. Thank you Much love
aw I’ll miss Sara she was a fun addition:,( I am sure she had an amazing time with you I hope Camper feels better! Ringworm is such a menace. You are really going through it!!! It’s so hard to keep a positive mindset when the world seems like it’s against you. Just always remember with the bad, there will always be good eventually!
Thank you for posting this! My little Frenchie has had unexpected needs while we’ve been living in our SUV (in Montana, no less) - and it’s comforting to know we’re not alone! Also so wonderful to see your charity in action 🤍
You've gained a new follower (probably more that a few) and a fellow dog rescuer. Great content! Loved seeing your relationship with your cousin and with Camper. Thank you for walking your talk and caring for the sweet dogs who are just looking for love, food and care.
Love you perseverance with issues that kept popping up. It's good to see someone who can understand it sucks, feel bad, but then start the process of getting everything fixed and just keep going. Thank you.
seeing this video made me homesick for Southern Calif. I grew up in Hawthorne/Redondo beach area and know very well your area you are hanging out at. Living in Oregon now but will be moving to warmer climates next summer to FL. Love the dolphin shots...haven't seen dolphins like this since 1985. Glad they were there for ya.
I love your heart for these fur babies. Because of “Camper Cares” I watch every single one of your commercials and let them play all the way through. I know it’s not much but it is something I can do. 🥰
Nice video and great to see and meet Sarah, she's good with the camera like you Nikki. Hope Camper feels better, thanks for helping other pups and look forward to your next one. 💗🐾👍
Niki, Sarah and Camper, you three are awesome. This channel & video combines all of my cares & interests! Thank you for caring about the dogs while also being sensitive to the Blackfoot community. It's not always easy to balance helping without imposing our beliefs on others. But you did what you could without doing harm, in essence practicing Leave No Trace.☮️ ETA: As for bad things happening (in threes), not sure when this was filmed, but blame it on Mercury Retrograde!
New to your channel and I really enjoy it you are bringing a smile to this old guy 😊 . It must be a lot of work to do all those camera placements but the result is beautiful. Safe travels.
Experienced the exact same problem with loosing a quick release front axle. Get yourself a very inexpensive reusable zip-tie. A bicycle shop might have one or check at an auto parts store. Last resort, check with an auto mechanic or repair shop, an auto dealer, or even an electronic repair, anywhere that might bundle wires together for safe keeping. A couple of weeks delay and about $50, and I was back on the bike riding again.
