You obviously don't know what Enduro is. Unfortunately the creator of this video doesn't either, because most of the content isn't enduro. Enduro is a type of racing in which you have four or more races within usually one or two days. There're several timed sections including uphill and downhill sections. You're probably more likely to die from exhaustion during an enduro-race, than from a crash during a downhill-race. Nevertheless, i think Enduro is to downhill-focused to truely deserve the name.

It would take too long to explain it in a comment. Best bet, go to your local bike shop and ask them. They can explain it all and show you the differences.

I'm generalizing a bunch here but a cross country bike is generally a hardtail 29er (or a 26er or 650/27.5) or a short travel trail bike (which is generally just a full suspension bike). Enduro and all mountain usually mean the same thing and theyre mostly done on mid to long travel trail bikes. In practice those names are just taglines and you can use any bike anywhere.

***** so,a 29er is referred to the rims size and they are usually used in cross country and in enduro too but enduro and cross country are really different because in cross country and in all mountain too you have to pedal a lot and it's mostly uphill and they often use hardtail bike(no rear suspension)or bike with really smaller travel suspension(130-140) because the energy of the pedaling will not absorbed and the bikes are weights less enduro is most similar to downhill because you will find a lot of technical spot and rock gardens too but you also have to pedal uphill in certain zone that's because they have smaller suspension than a downhill bike wich has 200mm of travel in both front and rear suspension and in a downhill track you will fond the most badass and technical rockgardens and lots of sketchy steep zone,a trail bike is usually a bike with small suspension travel (120-130 mm) to be used in smooth park trail or for freeriding in not technical zone mostly to go out with friends,extreme terrain i don't really know what that is....

Manuele Bambi So you say that Enduro bike like Downhill is used mostly for descending. All mountain is used for climbing and descending? In that case Enduro bikes should have more travel on their suspensions right?I suppose that All mountain is a more complete package then because it does more than Enduro correct?
