Don't throw away your Lamb flaps juice that you boiled them in....that is the Best part full of flavour and vitamins and goodness etc...etc...we all love it ❤️...gives excellent flavour . Let it keep on boiling ...it will eventually soften all the lamb and flavour everything . Add your salt, pepper, n onions, garlic ...etc plus soy sauce and Pok Choi kapisi etc. Then serve with taros when it's cooked le Pok Choi CAbbage. Get a bigger Pot Nicholas Dear .
