It looks like a great product. Few questions, 1) what is the insulation value ? Does it transfer heat same as the hollow block wall? 2) I see how you tie it to the panel next to it, but what vertically is keeping the wall from falling over? You have the pin at the bottom but all the panels connected will those pins keep the wall from leaning? 3) is this available throughout the Philippines? Seems some islands like Bohol does not get this type of new building technology. 4) why is the hollow block so brittle? Can't it be made with stronger cement mix? Or a cement mix like the panels.

This is a speed demonstration. I have the same questions, i myself would build a ceiling and floor track that the panels would slide on like a sliding door and adhere only BETWEEN and at Panel ends.

I like the concept of the panel but is these in the building code, considering Philippines is in the earthquake zone country, using two rebars in a panel (2x8) seems not enough to withstand the lateral movement.

Here's a thought I came up with years ago your welcome to it instead of a single panel which will only be so strong consider panels that are flat and smooth on one side then has fingered points on the other side placed so if you take two panels turn one so its fingered side fases the fingered side of the other they now trap a ridge on the edge of the slab and then get bolted together important fingers casted off center so they offset from each other creating a void between them allowing piping and electrical to be run in the void and insolation the advantage a stronger wider wall allowing to go higher. Ends of bolts set in recess once built get filled and smoothed over . Door and window frames get installed as you come to them they can be concrete, metal or wood even vinyl . For more detail, finger that faces other slab a pyramid shaped with flat top instead of point has bolt hole with a recess on its smooth side place the two panels together use hole to drill hole in second panel instead of worrying about alignment counter sink smooth side bolt and nut . Cap off top of wall or stack second wall with a multitude of connection possibilities could even drop ac vents through void between the two slabs. If you have trouble understanding what I'm expressing take both hands make tiger claw hand with each lay hands palm to palm finger tips at wrists void between palms bolts go through fingers bolting two slabs together.

Looks interesting, but my concern with this (and pre-fab panels in general) is the lack of stretcher bonding i.e. they're not overlapping two panels. They're just laid out next to each other (stack bond). I'd like to see this used with a more structurally robust technique and with an option to use tensile re-enforcement such as non-ferrous or Basalt rebar.

Parang mas maganda gumawa kayo video ng simpleng bahay na bungalow using litepanels para malaman ng inyong future customers na matibay and cost effective siya. Mga 50 sqms., 2 bedrooms, cr, kitchen, dining area and living area. Kahit wag niyo na i-finishing or skim coat anf wall para makita namin. Let us see kung paano yung electrical wiring and plumbing. Or kung possible 2 storey house, like paano i-install ang litepanel kung gusto ni customer may second floor bahay nila. I can see the future of litepanel, yung bahay namin now hindi pa tapos kasi ang mahal ng labor hahahahaha. Kapag magpapagawa ako ng sariling bahay litepanel ang bibilhin ko kasi cost effective din siya sa labor fee and sa time.

What I have seen here in the U.S. are modular blocks much bigger and lighter than the regular cement block and they are used as an external wall throughout the house. These blocks interlock and I was pretty amazed by their design as it also cut down on installation time and the method has an auto correction as far as being plum and level(As long as the foundation was prepared and level then these blocks just go up with 1 person working alone. Sorry I can't provide the manufacturer's info as I have only seen the program on cable tv some 5+ years back, but definitely the house being built was here in the U.S. Would definitely use your product if ever we decide to build a house there in Cebu or else buy one of the existing new homes. Good Luck! I'm sure you have a winner product for sure!

Another thing kung pwede na ba like yung poste tapos mag start ka na mag install ng panels like sa video na wala pang beam sa itaas. tanong lang kung pwede ba gawing after sa pag install ng panels saka na natin mag add ng formworks for beam? pardon for my ignorance hehe gusto ko lang malaman. kasi kadalasan sa nakikita ko ngayon ay wall muna bago mag lagay ng poste at beam which nakita ko naman na may mali dun pero pwede ba natin gawin yung panels first then beam sa itaas? salamat idol!
