My son wanted to make mead, so I combined my beer making skills with his idea to make this ancient brew.
Recipe:
2.5kg Honey
Filtered water (up to 23 litres total liquid)
21 grams of yeast
(one week to ferment)
bottle the brew with priming sugar/sugar drop (to add fizz)
(one week to carbonate)
