i was the kiriko/moira/bap in this match. here’s a backstory on the bronze team for whoever wants to know: i joined the game and started chatting with them. as we went passed the basics i admitted i was tipsy and then a few others said they’ve been drinking too, we instantly took shots together and soon all played drunk. especially with the next mystery hero we were drunk out of our minds (no spoilers) i haven’t laughed this hard in ages playing overwatch. so thank you for this fun drunkerwatch experience
Funny how if any other hero gets Pharah's abilities they're always some of the worst builds possible, but if Pharah lands on anything that isn't her own she's absurdly stronger
Yeah, phara's strength is her rockets and her ability to fly. The two abilities are ok additions to that kit, but don't make up the core. Especially because with anything above a 1.75x multiplier Directs oneshots
Anytime they roll nothing but movement abilities, the build is scuffed... and yet Pharah naturally has two movement abilities. Just goes to show how crazy strong the core concept is, that if she gets a single damage or healing ability she's actually unstoppable lol
Great content c: The last matchup probably had to be 2x stats since push is just too hard solo, remember the difference between 2.25 and 1.5 is massive due to all stats being nerfed including HP recovery which was probably the only thing holding marblr together. Well if you increase Pharah's damage, she tends to one-shot. But I really like giving her real abilities, instead of ones that should be inherent to the rocket launcher (knockback and self knockback).
I know that the character limit will play a part in preventing this, but image, if you will, Mystery Heroes^2 (Squared). Randomized heroes and randomized abilities across both teams. Pure chaos.
I think it'd be better to have a player's main hero and then edit the abilities. So you could have Eskay on Lucio but can't use crossfade, or Necros on Genji without dash, etc.
Pretty fun fight, however i think the bronze team could have won in the 2.25 stat fight if they used a damn shield plus bastion like they did with 1.5, are they allowed to change characters during fight? Or are they stuck with their choices?
You're Hero Randomizer videos get 2-3 times as many views as your other stuff, yet you still post that crap regularly. Kinda crazy that you can't see what we obviously want to watch
1.5x is a significant nerf. I would understand 1.75. But 1.5 is barely playable as we see here. Push is already a difficult mode to play solo, so a nerf to everything is basically telling the person just to suffer a loss. Also, there's a difference between overpowered and underpowered. It's basically like watching Blizzard balance in real time. There's no in between. Always one extreme over the other.
