We made the Best Brisket made for our local Police Department 

This video is about our CHRISTMAS COP STOP.
A "Cop Stop" is a program that is in our area. Basically we sign up for a date and time. Then, we feed a group of officers during their meal time.
The officers will come thru during a window of several hours. Which allows them time to plan their breaks.
I can't say enough on how rewarding this was for us. To be able to say thanks with what we love...FOOD!
The officers are great too. Its wonderful to say thank you face to face. They provide a blanket of safety that we all get to live under, and to show our appreciation feels good.
