After a few weeks of thrashing and driving through a tropical storm we made it to Emerald Coast Cruzin. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us anytime at jasonandjoniebuilds@gmail.com
Update.....The console was 85.00 and I got it on ebay. It is smittybilt console part number 31815. Still saved a lot of money. I did paint mine satin black to better match the interior of the Bronco. The color it comes is what I would consider "not quite black".
Sorry I just remembered incorrectly during the video.

Why did I have a huge smile on my face while you were on that first drive on the floor? I'm working on a '67 Mustang and am 3 years in. Probably because I know all it takes to finally get to that point. Great job hanging in there and making it. Hope to be able to enjoy my first ride soon too.

Jason, It looks amazing!! Love the interior however please keep an eye on the floor mat as I have spoke to a few that said that they have experienced trapped moisture under them. I hope you and Jonie can make it to the Super Cel next April, we have our airbnb reserved and are looking forward to seeing your rig if you can make it. Thanks for all the help and inspiration to keep me motivated when I needed it. I know the build is done and understand the well needed break but keep us updated on what you are up to and the projects you are working on. Stay in touch Buddy.
@JasonJonieBuilds
@JasonJonieBuilds Год назад
Thanks Bryan. Yes, I agree. I can see where moisture would be an issue. We will keep an eye on it for sure. Our plan is to be there at Super Celebration next year. It will be here before you know it. We are not done with the Bronco yet. Hopefully, we will have another couple months of videos to do on it before it is complete. I would like to share the cost of the build from start to finish to help others that might be thinking of doing the same thing. Thanks again for your support.

My rusted Kia Sportage, that someone gave me, has been in the shop for 3 1/2 weeks. They have to keep ordering new bolts from Kia because of rust. You have a great Thanksgiving and God Bless.

Great build, Im gonna miss the bronco videos. Im curious as to how you sealed the windshield hold down hook to keep water out.?
@JasonJonieBuilds
@JasonJonieBuilds Год назад
Thanks! Are you talking about the one on the hood? If so, I just installed it. The small amount of water around the hold down is nothing like the water through the radiator driving down the road while raining. Should not be a problem.
