I get this VERY SAME ISSUE! There's a natural delay that the dev's introduced to the game so it's harder to double gun. My issue is, AFTER the natural delay, its as if theres another delay that doesn't allow me to shoot when I should be able too.

The fact that they don't have a in-game report system is sad. You have to do their job for them and record video proof. I got the game on sale for $20 and figured id spend a bit more to get some skins. Now I regret spending a dime on the game due to hackers. Been playing for two weeks and have already ran into them 3 times. Each time they ruined 2+ hours of play. Just to pick my ship up and toss it out to see where I could not see them anymore. For such a fun game its sad to see how much cheating goes on. I am contemplating just quitting and looking for another game to play even though I really enjoy the game when I don't run into cheaters. It is on the same level of frustration you get out of league when someone just chooses to troll your game. You are just stuck for 20+ min in a game you have 0 chance of enjoying. Sea of Thieves is almost more frustrating. You could stack hours worth of work only to have it ruined in a instant by some hacker. I don't mind losing all of my stuff fair and square its a pirate game after all. But to have no control or chance vs a kid who cheats is ruining the game for me.

There was a day that i was spawned camped exactly like you guys but in arena.Those guys 1 shot me every time so i thought it was my baD back then ofc it crossed my mind that there should be an exploit or a hack for them.I just couldn't kill them.Rare should work on this it ruins the game.

I do for of fortune all the time and it takes me and my friend like 30 min to 1 hour to do it

I encountered cheaters who wouldnt die without eating and tanking so much damage.
