Rodri is superb, he has in my mind been the best in his position in the world for 3 or 4 years now. But to say Rice is nowhere near is just silly. Rodri is defo better on the ball, dictating the tempo of the game, but Declan is better out of possession than Rodri and wins on physicality. Rodri is the best no doubt superb player, Declan is not far behind him and to say he is is just tribal partisan nonsense Declan and co completely nullified Rodri, KDB, and Foden.
