There’s nothing manlier than being real and honest and not a poser. Sam is intelligent, hilarious, creative, has layers, is compassionate towards everyone, is a great friend, and a hard worker. Please keep keepin’ it real. You’re helping the rest of us be ourselves too!

I dunno if the guys read chat, but I actually met Brian Dennehy years ago when I worked retail he was shooting a movie at my alumni mater and when he came into the store he noticed a leak and asked how the weather has been lately, I'm like are you Brian Dennehy from Rambo and Tommy Boy? He goes "hoho, yep! well what's left of him!" because he had slimmed down this is probably like a decade ago lol RIP!
Marks bit comment: technology is literally taking our jobs, flipping burgers and serving ice cream, self driving cars, predictive typing. You can send your whole day with one hand down the front of your pants. If your phone dies you rush to a charger, if someone falls off the boat you aren't the first person throwing a life preserver.
When it comes to oat meal I'm a big proponent of using the McCann's Irish Steel Cut Oats and taking the time to cook it right. It's a nice ritual and the quality is noticeable.

Yes, I just love how real you all are. I love how Sam and Mark are nice to Sal, Matt, and the female bartender/mixologist. Her name escapes me atm, but I think everyone has awesome input and I’m so glad they are all involved!
I always found it a little frustrating when I couldn’t properly hear Salacuse before so I like him having his own mic. Oh and I definitely relate to Marks sleep problems. One thing I’ve discovered recently is cbd helps make me drowsy enough to sleep waay more quickly and if I wake up I’m more likely to fall back asleep, which is normally really difficult for me. It’s not a miracle but I highly recommend it. I’d go with one made from hemp because the kind that even has trace amounts of thc makes you a bit spacey IMO. Melatonin for me personally makes me feel awful the next day even with lots of sleep.

Sams bit comment: women putting the moves on men during a movie, you could mention beforehand you are a film-o-phile or subsequent word. 3 ideas that come to mind about women's minds in that aspect; the romantic scenes couldn't contain there passion, age depending "Netflix and chill" culture and movie troupes have ladies expecting to have the moves put on them, and lastly maybe women are considering time management. 😉

I use to wet the bed until I was 21... I feel you in the getting sleep and feeling like you are in roids. Usually your high energy level is due to your body reacting to no sleep. Get a good trauma therapist. Love you brother !!!
