Korea need young athelatic good players like Jae Yeong and Dae Yeong together with the rest of young team members for 2024 Paris Olympic to get al least Bronze medal. KOVO boss the ball is at your feet in early 2023 after their contract in Greece ending. To play for korea they must be back for a year before Paris 2024 and join a club. Choice belongs to KOVO . I think the crowd are expecting you to improve from 4th placing to 3rd or get the Bronze Medal Olympics
Frankly, I don't think Korea has a chance at the olympics since Kim YK, Kim SJ, and Yang HJ are retired. But I also would like to see them play on the national team again. Even if it's a medal at the asian games.

With the retirement of Kim Youn Koung, Kim Suji and Yang Hyo Jin plus the ban of Twins Lee it is the finish chapter for korea in FIVB 2022 and Paris 2024. The current set of players are raw at international scene except Kim Hee Jin and Park Jeong Ah. There is no formidable OH hitters at all. Kim Hee Jin is on the Opposite slot. Park Jeong Ah is not so agreesive and her role more suitable as MB. I seen there is a new young MB named Lee Da Heong at 1.86 m tall. Therefore enough MB and Opp hitter but there are non proven good OH spikers. You need minimum 2 OH. And there is no left handed setter better or equivalent to Lee Da Yeong. To be a strong volley ball team you need to have the 1st 6 in court 1 Top setter 2 OH 1 Opp 2 Attacking MB 1 Libero The Top Team play with above combination be it china, japan, brazil, usa or russia Korea lacking OH, setter and Libero
