With all due respect Perez, this is what parenting is. Cooking, cleaning, carpool, homework, errands, etc.. billions of mothers and fathers deal with this daily without 3 nannies, chefs, etc. I’m just shocked at your shock that you have to do this. You chose to have 3 kiddos, YOU need to parent them. Take a cooking class or watch youtube videos and learn. It’s all about the kiddos for at least 18 years. The fact that you had people taking care of parental duties all these years is crazy. It’s your time to do it. Good luck. I believe in you and you will be so proud once you do it.

I am a single father of three that also works crazy hard for work. I am sleeping less than I have ever before now but I am figuring it all out. I never had a chef. I had nannies because I needed them.

Single moms don’t usually have the luxury of working from home and making their own hours and don’t make the money he makes . But I acknowledge it’s a big adjustment for him .

I so understand! I moved here 3 years ago at age 75, alone and going through a contentious divorce. Looked for a home for over a year before moving while dealing with him! Horrible! It’s taken me 2.5 years to start getting myself back to normal!! Sending hugs and prayers!!🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hey Perez, welcome to Las Vegas. I moved here in 2001 from California, and I've been much happier here. It's ALL GOOD. You and your family will adjust quickly. Every state has it's good and bad, but here, even thou it's a bit more crowded than it was in 2001, it's still better than LA. So much to do here. Best of luck, and just take 1 day at a time🙏💕🙋‍♀️

I move from Los Angeles in 2020. Since I can’t drive I walked everywhere. But since I left I’ve seen a lot of homeless tents in the areas where I walked. It wouldn’t be safe for me now. It’s wonderful to be close to my grandchildren and my daughter. I’m very happy for you and your family. Moving is very hard when you move by yourself let alone moving with a family. Moving is a big life event so please go easy on yourself.

Poor teddy! Congratulations on the move, you and momma always looked so happy & refreshed in Vegas! Dogs even though it’s more age related, they take moves hard too - so be mindful & not too angry. He’s probably confused and nervous it’s all new to him too. My family moved pretty frequently as my dad worked for the airlines. As a child it was hard. As a teenager it became very frustrating however without these changes I am not sure my life would have turned out the way it did. I am now 55 and can look back and be grateful for what I experienced. Perez you are a loving father doing your absolute best. Love to see you happy. When you are happy your children see that and build off your happiness

So happy for you, your 💜 & soul I know Las Vegas is where the Hilton family is meant to be! I knew something was brewing, you had been super quiet on here lately but you had that twinkle in your eyes that something great was taking place. I’m so thrilled that you were brave enough to do this for all your futures. It takes time to adjust, tears and tantrums will come and go from everyone but all will settle sooner than you think. My little nugget of suggestion try and make friends with the school asap, with the parents in Mia’s Mario & Mayte’s class, the other parents will welcome you with love, and also help out with the school run by helping out by walking yours home as they collect their own kiddies too. It just works like that here in London. It’s done from friendship no payment, so I do hope that the new school has lots of support through parental friendship too. It sounds wonderful new beginnings, new jobs, new schools new everything……so exciting I wish you soooo much 💜💜💜 to you and Mario, Mia & Mayte and of course beautiful mum and Teddy too of course. It will all settle soon! 💜💜💜

Please remember Perez…. It will take time to know where things now live in your new home…. Your children and mum will take time to make new friends…. you will feel overwhelmed ,anxious and unsure with the new routine…. but little by little your home life will settle, your children will adapt and you will become better at realising that this move is where you needed to be now. If you begin to struggle personally, reach out and investigate, because knowledge is power and understanding any problem is the key to resolving the issue and not allowing it to manifest and get out of control. Sooooo….. stay positive, praise your children for their adaptability and reassure them that adventures await once they have their routines established and all possessions have found their place. Looking forward to things is half the fun and a positive recipe for becoming confident in knowing your move to Las Vegas has been done for all the right reasons. And as you said…. all is good and it’s all going to be OK…. ❤

My family made a huge move (12 hours and many states away) close to two years ago. It was definitely for the best. We went from rural cornfield farm living, to being city slickers 😂 New schools for the kids, and they took it all in stride. They have more friends now than they ever had before. Looking back, I don't even know how we managed it all, definitely stressful! I hope your family settles in and things calm down for you. Congratulations on the move! ❤️

Why did I tear up when Mario said he was sad😔 😪 I know the feeling too well. When I moved from NY (The only place that was home to me) to Arizona, I cried for months and I'm an adult. Lol 18 years later and I'm so happy that we did. The adjustment takes time as you know Perez. You are doing well and so are the kids. I got so happy to see your mom adapting and to see her so happy. I’m from Florida, I’m literally your age but I’m already a grandma of 2 boys plus I have 4 boys (20-27years old) , yes i started early 😂 And I do a lot !!!!! It’s exhausting and so draining at times but I also have my father that he’s ill and I go every day to see him and care for him . I cooked all day more than 4-5 meals plus I meal prep for husband and son for next day for work , I’ll do the cleaning , shopping 🛒 and more 😂…. Oh plus I have a dog that believes and swears he’s a kid too . Very crazy but my time with kids it’s precious especially the grandkids . You are such a great father , it’s understandable you sometimes don’t feel like yourself but you are doing such a good job with 3 kids … that’s admirable. You can do this honey 💪🏼 ❤😘

I remember you wanted to stay when you did the Chipendales gig… then when you did the local news spots in Vegas last trip I hoped you would make the move! I live in Canada (GTA) and have traveled to Vegas annually since I was 16. I got married at the little white chapel with Elvis lol…Every trip we rent a car and dream of😮 where we would live there (I would have been an amazing Casino host in another life lol)… Needless to say I am jealous of your new life in the desert!!! Moving is SO stressful. My family moves every two to three years bc of military life. I can’t imagine finding the time to blog during those stressful times. You have every right to take your time and get settled in!

I’m so happy for you, Perez! I know you were not sure if or when you would do this move so congrats! It a huge adjustment for everyone but I love that you ask your kids how they are feeling. You are such a natural at parenting and I love your kids … they are good kids! Tell Mario not to worry how he looks in the video, he is handsome, smart and has a great personality. Congratulations on your move! I think it's a good thing to teach your kids how to do just daily life things like cleaning up after themselves and being responsible for their own spaces. They will make friends and thrive, it just takes time. The new & uniform can be stressful, but you've created such a loving, safe space for them... They'll be fine! I hope you're feeling better. PS- work will always be there. When all of your kids ask for time with you, take an hour and go to the park. That's the most important thing. All Good!!

Welcome to Vegas Perez!!! As a native to this wonderful city, I’m so happy that you love it here. I lived in Miami for 12yrs so I understand when you say we don’t have traffic, we don’t. People that complain of traffic here don’t know what traffic is. I live in Summerlin (Peccole Ranch). Not sure if you have looked into Faith Lutheran but they have elementary thru 12th. It’s a great school. My brothers kids go to Our Lady of LV, but that’s farther East (middle of town). They are off of Rancho and Alta. For Cuban restaurants, take your mom to the Cubanidad in Henderson. It’s a lot better than the one off of Ft Apache. There is also Havana Grill but their service is hit or miss sometimes. When I told my mom you guys moved here, first thing she asked was did your mom as well. Well hope to run into you sometime in town. Our mothers can go gamble together (my mom will be 80 in May so she’s a bit older). 😝 Glad to see your coming along and your kids adjusting. All is good my friend!!! All is good!!

Great decision, safer, nicer, cleaner in LV. LA has become scary, I'm 4th generation LA native, live in Venice for over 50 years....never go out at night, homeless situation is insane, violence common all over, people not respecting others. I think your Mom will be out and about more since she's ALWAYS loved gambling!! Great entertainment that YOU love, all the famous singers come to LV, maybe more possibilities for your great talents as well. I imagine homes cost less there, schools less "snooty" (I took a kid to Lab School for many, many years, in LA it's your monetary value that is often valued, ugh.) Great idea, great move, so happy for your loving family. (My 80lb dog is 13 and poop just falls out occasionally!!) Happy life for all of you!!!!

My kids school only has 74 students I LOVE it because it’s quiet and all the children are friendly and I grew up with the principal and even as a child she was such a beautiful girl and that’s followed her into adulthood. Keep in mind where I live there isn’t a shop in site not even a service station or a corner store 😂 my kind of town ❤

Y gracias a Dios que te mudaste por que Hollywood no es un lugar para criar niños la gente ahí es prepotente , estresada , no hay estacionamiento en los supermercados, todo el mundo se trata con agresividad en fin! Yo por eso me mude de Hollywood cuando mi hijo tenía 3 años a San Pedro ahí estuvimos hasta que terminó elementary school y cuando empezó middle school nos fuimos donde estamos ahora en Rancho Cucamonga! La gente es divina tuvimos cerca el mar por años y ahora las montañas ! Las Vegas te va a dar todo ! Paz y entretenimiento! Ósea Magico mágico 🪄!!!!! Muchas felicidades por este tremendo cambio ❤❤❤❤❤❤
