Creating the “digital free morning” video was both a liberating and challenging experience. It required balancing meticulous planning with the spontaneity that real life brings. My goal was to capture not just the activities of a morning without screens, but the genuine peace and presence it brought to my life. Each scene was carefully thought out to convey authenticity, from setting up my iPhone with Opal to block unnecessary apps, to practicing yoga in the park.
