i think people are forgetting that carmy is incredibly mentally ill which isn't an excuse for his actions, but this man is not functioning on a normal level
@@bennett7099 There’s a reason Camry keeps flashing to his past teachers. Not one of them yelled at him, yet he doing it to his staff. He obviously taking his anger over breaking up with Claire out on them. He figures if he's gonna bury himself in work, he gonna push himself as hard as he can. He got that from Donna, they just use different ways to push people out of their lives. So whether he inherented his mother's mental illness, that not gonna stop people from leaving him. And it looks like Richie might be next.
@@Monicalake1 oh no fs i realize it’s a whole lot of factors that are playing into his behavior i just think its important to remember the nuances of his character
@@bennett7099 Absolutely, I won't spoil anything, (just in case they haven't watch the finale yet.) But they explained alot in the next episode when he confronts someone from his past. And then we see what the results of Camry actions does to another main character in one of finale last scenes. I'm just saying mental illness or not, he's gonna have a restaurant where chefs are constantly quitting or they're gonna turn into what his old boss made him.
Her talking to Pete about the contract is important because it reveals that Adam's offer for the new restaurant is better. More salary and better benefits in comparison to what Carmy is offering. So the fact that she is being boxed out by Carmy AND he is offering her worse benefits, it's making the decision about leaving that much more tempting.
@@rachelbarry6081 Well the main difference is she wouldn't get paid the annual salary until after they pay Uncle back. I don't really think the medical benefits was really important to Sydney except for the stress she was getting from Camry.
I have a bad feeling that Adam wants to poach Sydny mainly to hurt Carmy. I think it's a bad idea to partner up with a stranger. I don't believe this guy will allow total control. Too good to be true.
Yeah Syd would be irresponsible to not research everything she can and discuss the offer further before signing Adam's agreement. But if she tells Carmy, he knows Adam well, and if he's supportive he can help her make the right decision (but that's assuming he's grown as a person lol) @@kittykatt7652
this season having an episode entitled "apologies" when neither carmy nor syd have done the "im sorry" gesture even ONCE. cant wait for the to touch on this in season 4
The way this season has been filmed is very cinematic, like one long movie , gorgeous and brilliant but hard to recap for these videos. Y’all are doing a great job though ❤
This is such a good episode for Richie to get closure from Tiff. And yes omg I’m so glad you guys also agree about him being with Jess!! They’re definitely setting them up and no one can convince me otherwise. I’ve been shipping them since Forks 😭❤️
Loved the Marty montage, yall gotta watch The Red Shoes even if its not a reaction. Unbelievable piece of filmmaking, especially for its time and it still holds up. Marty's favorite movie iirc
@5:07, when Carmy says "I'm so f**king sick of this". That on him, he's the one responsible for the tone/vibe of the kitchen. Sydney knows she has the opportunity to create a positive vibe kitchen if she accepts the job at the other restaurant.
“Until Carmy apologizes to Claire he’s still stuck in the freezer” that was an excellent way of putting it. If you don’t deal with things you just stay there mentally
The whole Claire and carmy storyline i really don’t care about at all like no offence to anyone who does it just feels pointless af I’d rather them focus on Sydney or Any other character at this point
it was unfortunate which characters they decided to focus on this season, i was only very happy with the tina and nat stories everything else felt very underdeveloped
i feel like that too i don't have any interest in her character at all for me it's a waste of time .. i wish they focused more on the others important character like Syd,Marcus, richie Tina, Sugar . Claire is not important to me i'm glad they didn't brush her off tho bc some show have the tendacy to do that to bring a character one season and the other is like they never existed but i don't care about her being in pratically every episode has flashbacks or else ..
Most of the reviews they are showing say really good stuff about The Bear, but in own's Carmy's destructive way he is turning them into bad ones in his head, that's why it switches so fast and we almost get no time to see them. At least it is what I got from that scene. Hope i'm not too late ^^
Yes carmy is the problem. He was locked in a walk in and everything went great and since everything is just yelling and shouting being all Gordon Ramsey the tv character
Why does Carmy owe Clair an apology? A: He wasn't even talking to her. B: He was basically browbeating himself. And why does he owe Richie an apology? Richie confronted him about something he knew nothing about. Everybody is telling Carmie that Clair is the love of his life. How? They just started dating. She knows nothing about him. She doesn't even know he was having a meltdown. Nobody is offering him comfort.
I agree with all this & I feel like Carmy won't choose Claire in the end because it was forced on him by his family. I don't think he's in love with her & I feel like that may be why it's so hard for him to apologize to her.
