Join us as we continue to make repairs and prepare for the upcoming concrete season. Eric is giving me a hand and Francisco even makes an appearance. Enjoy
Ryan please let Eric and Francisco know that they are truly genuine guys. Their work ethics and personality shows through. Your a lucky man to have workers and friends like them. God bless from London UK.
Mexicans are some of the best people. Now I'm gonna get killed for this, probably. Every race has bad apples. But I truly have never met a Mexican I didn't like.
I really appreciate that you take the time to maintain your equipment and make it look presentable. I see a lot of folks driving around in their business vehicles that look like they were pulled out of the scrap yard in my area. It doesn't take much to make something look nice, like a shot of spray paint every once in a while. Like you said, it just needs to look good from 10 feet away.
@@Don_Johnson521 I'd think if $42 worth of spray paint and a 5 dollar bucket puts someone's business in the red they should be rethinking whether they should own their own business or not.
The difference in you’re reaction to Eric being late all the time and Darryl being late all the time says a lot and probably contributed to why Darryl did and acted the way he does. I love your videos and will continue to support the channel, just a little outside insight. Have a great 23’
I just love how truly happy Eric is all the time. His laugh is contagious. He can laugh at something that I don't think is funny and it will make me laugh. Y'all are great.
Hey Ryan, that was determined Eric riding that bicycle in the rain heading to the shop so that's why he was late. Didn't you hear him "singing in the rain" ? But seriously, Eric is a good dude as are all of you! Love your channel, stay safe ❗
@@christopherrabaldo3377 man keep this kind of thoughts for yourself. Haters gonna hate, and the rest of us is capable enough to understand. We know probably 1/10th of the picture...
@@christopherrabaldo3377 , what nonsense, Ryan has repeatedly given Daryl chance after chance to no avail, Daryl did this to himself, he would have never lasted with any other company, Ryan is a great person, and besides we do not hate Daryl. Common!
You know what I really like about Eric? No snarky remarks or "Obviously I was gonna get that." I know Darrel was your friend for a long time, but even though Eric thought the intake was a turbo, he's an awesome shop worker because he does what he's asked. He doesn't go off and find his own thing to work on and instead stays on task. Thanks for keeping up the quality of the videos.
Ryan if you want to take the concrete off go where you get your concrete they have a soap that softens the concrete it won't hurt the paint they use it on mixers it's called back set it works good that's what I use to wash the mixer i drive a front mixer at Harrison Ready mix in Georgia Vermont
I can't disagree, but I think Ryan would appreciate it if we don't talk about it too much. Or at least that's the vibe I got from what he said in the other video. It is crazy though how much positivity makes a difference in the workplace. Hope you're doing well Soupasaurus!
@@scottatkinson2232 Don't want to say he stole, but it appears that Darryl is the person who is no longer around. It's sad because you can tell Ryan treated him as a friend not just an employee. I don't know anyone else who would have treated Junior so well also. I hope Darryl gets his life together
Ryan hopefully you read this! I lost my Dad in 2008 I was 34 and had never left my home state (Michigan) one of the last things my Dad ever said to me was that he wished he had seen the Ocean. That hit me hard. But since his passing in 08 Me , my wide and kids have seen in person the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf Of Mexico plus 32 states. Life is to short and I hope you do go with your family to see em. Absolutely majestic! God bless
Taking the time to do maintenance and get the trucks looking good really speaks volumes when you pull up to a house or business to do some work. Shows some real professionals who take pride in their work and equipment. You really are an inspiration to many Ryan you also do things right which is so appreciative. You might think the mundane stuff is boring for us to watch but it honestly isn't if you didn't care and just went through the motions then sure boring would make sense but you show not only young workers but small businesses owners how to run a good business.
I really enjoy Eric ,I'm almost 55 just seams like yesterday when had full time job and always loved handy man stuff for friends. And still to this day friends pay each other by helping back
Doesnt Eric drive his own dump truck, wjat Ryan could do is pay for one of their lessons it would be an investment to the business and win win for Eric and Ryan.
never mind just seen the price jesus $3000-7000 not cheap at all still he could invest in one of them if Eric went halves but Eric already owes Ryan thousands of dollers so maybe Francis could take the lesson.
I work for Delta in their Technical Operations Center where we disassemble and repair airplane engines and we’ve been having a lot of contractors coming in for new construction, and the other day I saw a couple guys on power buggy’s pouring concrete and immediately thought of this channel. Keep up the great work y’all!
Ryan, your pseudo son, Eric the Hyena, and you are a great pairing. You can see that Eric has a lot of respect, and is always trying to do his best. Come on concrete season. Thanks for the video, my day starts with a laugh! God bless y'all.
Some of my favorite times were shop work when I was working concrete prep and epoxy. Past few videos have been very nostalgic. Thank you and eric for the best vibes!
Ryan... I'm glad you're showing what you do on your off time from concrete. Many people "assume" that those that have seasonal businesses just go on vacations, lounge around, and don't do anything. I like how you're prepping for the upcoming season of concrete; how you spread out your time with getting your trucks ready, your road trips, and family time. 👍 My dad, back in his days, would do the same. He was a carpenter, plumber, did some concrete, and would chop wood for our fireplace. GREAT JOB, Ryan RIGHT ON👍⚒️
@@mikestaltari He is young... Hopefully in time he will be fallowing in Ryan's foot steeps... He is listening but trying to do his own thing and I think that is just from his youth...
You take care of your equipments and maintenance on down time is good. Blessings to have honest & hard working people around you. Can't wait to see the wrap on your truck. 🙏🦾
Love the channel Ryan! I’ve had my landscape buisness for a little over a year and buisness is booming. When the stress hits I watch your channel and seems to take it away and remind me to keep trucking along. Keep it up sir! Good work!
Tell Francisco that Amazon sells weld on wheel wells for his truck. Gotta cut it out, weld the new panel in, body fill it and paint it for that rust to never come back.
Ryan, I got a protip when trying to soak something. Spray the surface then lay a paper towel down over the wet area and then wet the paper towel. It will hold the moisture in place and slow evaporation/drying of the cleaning product. Even better if you have some shrinkwrap or plastic bags to cut up and lay over that. Cuts waste down by a ton and keep the area soaking.
That depends on whether what you're spraying evaporates away quickly. It may just be the water content that does, so placing a paper towel over it once it's dry then misting it with just water might give you better results in terms of economy.
Sakrete Concrete dissolver. ORDER some of this stuff Ryan. I used it on my BMW to remove paint and it didn't distort the paint or clear at all. I didnt let it dwell to long. Anyway, took me forever to find the order in my past orders.
Wow, everything is looking so awesome. Lots of work + TLC. Gotta say the 7.3, looks so nice and professional with salter bed now, instead of just being piggybacked. Absolutely a wrap will complete the package. God bless and a very profitable 2023. Forget about it. 😉
Poor Ryan you can tell whatever Daryl did it’s still hurting him you can hear it in his voice. Ryan your a awesome boss a great guy and a awesome role model keep on crushing it !!!
Ah, glad to see things are back to normal(ish). Great to see a true group of genuine people creating the imaginable business model. Fantastic work, Ryan.
I just got home from going out from 5am-11am salting mainly I work for a small company outta of Michigan watch you guys all the time been dying to try contact
@@VictoryOutdoorServices you guys are awesome I caught my self on RU-vid on my tv watching yall and then on Facebook watching yall I want to try to make that easy money with concert
I love this channel. I’m glad I found it last year and have been watching religiously! Eric, Francisco, bugs, and mike are GREAT employees. Yeah they might be late here and there and have some flaws. But at the end of the day when you need work done, they work their butts off. I think the decision to remove employees is very difficult especially when you’re friends with them but you gotta do what you gotta do. Keep killin it Ryan!
I got some good stuff for removing concrete in a spray bottle that worked great. One time I ran over a bag of ready mix, in the rain, which was like wet concrete that dried all over the side of a brand new bmw. Thankfully BMW has like the hardest clear coat known to man, so it's not easy to scratch. Anyway, that stuff worked awesome.
Please always wear your seatbelts! Ryan, it’s great to see you giving Eric a chance to do some work with you during the winter season. He’s a good kid and he will do a decent job for you. You can trust Eric…he’s a good soul and has a heart of gold.
Been awhile thankyou Ryan for continuing the videos thank you for making dark times a better place to come out of after your vids thankyou team VICTORY
Eric's a good hand no doubt.. but if he wants to start and run a successful business. He's got have self-discipline with his showing up on time. Which I know I'm not the only one pulling for the guy.
horrible how darryl could take advantage of such a good opportunity. for him AND his son. you even buy these guys food.... not alot of bosses buy their employees food when theyre done constantly. Im sure the remaining ones really appreciate it and tell you they do. I know Eric has spoke on his channel how much he appreciates what you do for him and being like a mentor to him keeping him straight.
@@perc3136 yea makes sense haven't seen it in the workshop or anywhere. Shame for Darryl junior. Probably did Ryan a favour it seemed a bit of a lemon that car
I feel you on the taking risks. This will be my 3rd year in business. Last year I got hit twice within a month for hauling an excavator without a cdl!. The fine hurt and I feel like the risk isn't worth it anymore. It's just unfortunate how much it costs and what goes into getting g a cdl now.
You have to see getting the cdl as an investment. It cost money to make money. Ultimately being legal on the road can allow for more overall growth in the jobs ur trying to do
@user-ft3lj4tb3b definitely something I'm going to do. I'm 24 years old and have many many more years in this, and want to eventually grow to something like ryan here has going on. Jobs keep flowing in and being completely legal seems like the way to go regardless of cost.
I work on a concrete pump and I have found the best way to get bits of concrete off is use liquid soap with a little bit of con clean and takes it off no problem just don't let it sit on to long and wash it off
~ The average guy it takes 2-3 weeks for delivery.~ When your a rock star like yourself it only takes days! Your the man Ryan! Thank you for the videos brother!!
@brianblack610 yeh. My bad I was watching the video while reading the comment and was on the wrap shop part 🤣. thought he was talking about the wrap until the end and then came back to delete my comment 🤣🤦♂️. I jumped the gun lol
Kids buy a alarm clock, stop using your phones as the alarm. I don't care if you don't get paid for it, show up half a hour before shift starts. Something comes up like traffic you end up being ten minutes early.
You missed the perfect opportunity to Raz Eric. Should have told him you mixed up the taillights when welding them on the left with the right. And now they work backwards
70 degrees hot and sunny , here in shasta lake . california . glad yall took our snow this year. got to go out to pick n pull and pull a needle boot off a master cyclinder what a pain but you have to have it .for my shuttle bus 1999 ford triton v10 6.8 litre my project turning it into a R.V .............
