This was filmed in 2014, the singer, Su-metal is her name, was 16. She is 21 now. The Kami Band (the musicians) in this, in the same order they did their solos, were Leda Cygnus and Takayoshi Ohmura on guitars, Boh on (6 string) bass, Hideki Aoyama on drums. They are all in their 30s I think. For English translations to all their songs from the first 2 albums just google "du-metal" plus the song title and it will take you to a fan website, he has translated them and added cultural references and explanations where the translation may not make so much sense. Rondo of Nightmare is my favorite Babymetal song because of that short vocal solo near the end, it's genius. Her somber tone mixed with the quiet and ominous piano immediately followed by the guitars and drums kicking in hard is so satisfying.

You are right that at this moment they are bigger in Japan than anywhere else, but Babymetal sort of went viral in the metal community in the west and their achievements in the west (like playing mainstage at Sonisphere in 2014, at ages 15 and 16 or the chart positions of the first and second album) got the attention of people in Japan. The singer is Suzuka Nakamoto who goes by the stage name Su-Metal. She is the main singer but not the only singer. The other 2 girls (as seen on your previous video) are Yui Mizuno aka Yuimetal, and Moa Kikuchi aka Moametal. They are labeled as Scream and Dance and are mainly a support and chant vocals for Su-Metal. Although they do have 4 songs of their own without Su-Metal. They are Onidari Daisakusen, Song 4, GJ, and Sis Anger. Yuimetal left the group due to health conditions in late 2017 and Babymetal has gone through a few changes since then, but are currently rotating 3 other girls to replace Yui in the meantime for this tour. They are currently about to embark on their U.S. leg of the tour and will later tour the UK and Europe in early 2020. If you have a chance please go see them live. The melodies in this song are so beautiful, and Su delivers them perfectly. And the atmosphere it creates is phantastic. The theme of the song is a person being trapped in an endless nightmare. She (?) feels a presence coming closer through the darkness, and when she realizes she cannot escape, she asks it to at least reveal itself to her once before she dies. So it‘s a bit of a departure from their usual positive messages, but as I said, the music supports the atmosphere perfectly. ⚡ / 🔥 😱 🔥 This performance is my standard answer to anyone who says that BABYMETAL aren't metal. : ) Su-metal (Suzuka Nakamoto) has a unique penetrating clarity to her voice that makes it perfect for heavy music. Without having to boost her volume she can still be heard through the drums, bass and guitars. That six stringed bass is made by Atelier Z for BOH. Btw since you mentioned wondering what she was saying, basically this song is about her being trapped in an endless nightmare with something constantly chasing her. At the end of the song she accepts it's going to kill her, and just wants to see its face before it does.
It's hard to say where Babymetal are bigger now, as they have crossed the threshold of being an international band. But there was a time when you could of said they were bigger outside Japan than in it. They became bigger in Japan due to a tour in Europe, which inclued Sonishere, and then supporting Lady Gaga in the US plus some other shows inc a festival in Canada. All of which caught the Japanese media by supprise, so they started asking who the band was, thereby giving them a sudden, masive exposure in Japan which really made them take off in Japan.

My first thought was, "Really? _Chitty Chitty Bang Bang?"_ But Ilooked those two parts up and, well, you're on to something. The music is totally different, of course, but I can see how you were reminded of "Hushabye Mountain." Then, with that movie already in your mind, Su's doll-like pose on top of that platform would naturally suggest the "Music Box Dancer" scene, which BTW had to be tough to do.
Two suggestions for you... 1st Babymetal's "Headbanger". An earlier song, but a really good one, from the same show as Megitsune. 2nd...another Japanese group "Band-Maid" - an all-female heavy rock band.
