@@skell6134 apologies, big wall ahead. fair, though I should have been more specific. I was referring to just Sonic.exe in general. Boom has a joke of the character in one of the episodes and Sega referenced him a few times on the Sonic Twitter account. However I do not believe there is an exe reference in the mainline games but Sonic is aware of his fanbase. In Black Knight I remember that you unlock fanart after beating the game and you unlock fanart compilations in the Sonic collection series after beating and playing a certain number of games. We can interrept this as Sonic collecting fan art but if he is aware of his "horror" counterpart has yet to be seen.

They can both respawn, depending on who you play as. If sonic is the main character, tails can respawn indefinitely. But if tails is the main character, then sonic is the one who respawns indefinitely. This poses more questions than answers.

Each time body pile gets bigger,location becomes darker with each death,Tails have no idea whats happening and you have infinite amount of lifes Try as much as you like,while Sonic each time gets crazier and crazier until its just becomes impossible to escape from him and you forced to look at each next death until game crash from sprites overload of tails body's or you close game

@@skell6134 That actually makes sense in the contex of this. I can imagine at first you play as sonic through a normal stage but see he has a constant worried look and instead of a goal you run into knuckles with tails. Followed by dialogue similar to this comic. Then you switch a mini gane of knuckles chasing rouge. Then it cuts to a cutscene of sonic killing tails and transitions to the woods in a 3d like perspective where tails is trying to make sense of Sonics odd behavior while being hunted down leading to two endings. One where Tails finds the bodies and is killed by Sonic erasing your save file to start over and the good ending-(Which isn’t much better)- being tails escaping from the woods and is on the run from sonic who is still after them.

If it's because they're in a matrix situation, it wouldn't be a clone, but like a syntax...or a sprite to be more accurate that is continued from the same file. Copy isn't necessarily the correct term...in terms of a video game, it would be closer to Tails soul...or if we died and our matter was put back together as it was the previous day before dying. though there are definitely dead bodies here.

Technically the crazy Amy and the Secret History tails are in the same universe

@@thepuppetmarionette6713 I don't really think so, Because SH Tails actually pretended as Tails in the series, And he told Amy that He can take her to SH Sonic, which SH Tails represented as the sonic who will love her and accept her for who she is. And entered a portal to The SH universe, But if your talking about After they entered the portal, That's still a maybe, but they're still from different universes, it's just SH Tails Brought Amy To The SH universe.
