now you know never leave loot you want in a treasure chest if you can’t loot it all it’s probably better to drop it onto the floor or dump stuff in your inventory cause those loot bags suck and often glitch through the map just one of the issues the devs either can’t or won’t patch

been playing 7DTD since it first released on the 360; I splitscreened this game to death with my cousin. Your video reminded me of a lot of our shenanigans together back in the day when console was still being updated. Pro tip, zombies are told to seek the path of least resistance, so if you build underground that may end up with them digging down and through your roof or ignoring the trap areas to attack a triple layer wall. You used to be able to abuse this with fall damage and labyrintj designs, but devs patched those out. If Zs will take fall damage, they will dig; if they have to run more than X blocks, they go into their frenzy mode. Also, stealth and bows are super under appreciated. 5x sneak damage on iron arrows can be absurd, let alone AP steel crossbow bolts

being an avid enjoyer of this game i have to say this video was an absolute treat, MASSIVE props to both you and paul for everything you guys did, the thousands of gigs of footage you went through for this one video, i hope the journey was worth, thank you for this amazing video, its been on my feed alot so i was like why not and it did not disappoint. as a first time watcher of your channel im amazed

very nice. small tip, still check the stats on level 6 weapons and tools, that level has a range that they can have so some of them can be better than others. a lot of fun, you earned my sub :P

Infested quests happen at POIs that are 1 tier lower than the quest tier but with double the zombie spawns that the POI would normally have. That’s why you guys felt that that one tier 5 infestation place looked really small, its because it was a infested tier 4 POI. An easy way to tell in A21 the difficulty tier of your POI is to look at the red/orange skulls associated with the POI’s name. The more skulls a POI has, the harder it is and the better the loot table will be. The red skulls indicate quest tier difficulty and every POI will have anywhere from 0 - 5 of these, 0 skulls meaning its just a random building of no significance (will never get quests at these btw) and 5 meaning that its a tier 5 POI with tier 5 POI loot. The orange skulls indicate biome modifiers and every POI will have anywhere from 0 - 2 of these based on the biome the POI is based in. 0 skulls for POIs in the pine forest, half a skull for the burnt forest, 1 skull for the desert, 1.5 skulls for the snow, and 2 skulls for the wasteland. This means the easiest building you could loot would be a tier 0 POI in the Pine forest as this would be a POI with no skulls whatsoever and the hardest you could loot would be a tier 5 POI in the wasteland as this one would have a total of 7 skulls. Additionally, questing at a POI does improve your loot stage, so taking a quest at a place you want to loot is always better than just going and looting the place. Having it be an infested quest is even better, because not only do you get double the xp from the extra zombies you’d be killing, but you also get the unique infested cache that spawns in the loot room that only spawns when you’re running an infested quest

If you're having trouble discerning who's POV is who's, check the hotbar! Paul will always have a club and shotgun and I'll always have a pistol or knife! We'll be sure to put in name cards or some other indicator in the future to help. Thank you to the comments who pointed it out as well, it helps us learn and grow! Also, it seems people are interpreting the video as a no death run. Our main objective was to simply make it to 100 days regardless of the number of deaths we suffered.

Was definitely a fun watch for someone that's played a TON of this game. Glad you guys liked it! I definitely agree that there needs to be more to do in the 'end game' and more loot options. That said, as I've seen mentioned, overhaul mods are great, and some of them extend the gameplay a TON by adding more 'tiers' of loot and even crazier mobs. Darkness falls for example has demons, and you can delve into portals into hell with gigantic demons. :D lol

First video of yours I’ve stumbled across and I’m a new sub. This was really fun to watch and you guys work great as a team. On day one you determined your roles and you stuck to it which is how you got so powerful so quickly. On a solo run you would have hit the wall of boredom with little to achieve around day 50 instead of day 30, but the end game definitely needs to be developed for longevity of the game. A whole tier beyond Lvl 6 machetes, auto shotguns, M60’s and steel. There really isn’t an end game, the current end game is mid-game

I never get many screamers from workshop heat because I only keep one set of workshops in any given location. Instead I have outposts dotted all over the map, with their own supply caches and workshops, so when I haul raws, I bring it to the nearest location, set it cooking there, and pick up any supplies needed for other outposts or base. Other workshops go cold by the time I get back and restart them.

me and my friends played this game last month, immediately my stoopid friend request Insane difficulty, and I chose 4 days for bloodmoon. so far so good, we are now at day 81 in an insane 4 days bloodmoon as our first gameplay. we died a lot at first, but after day 40 or so, game becomes a lot easier for us after we keep clearing quests here and there. currently tier 6 in missions on wastelands.

I have played 7DTD on ps4 and pc, both. ALOT. And i always did my hordes, by just being top of any building. And this is nice. I hope they wont add some.. damn zombie dragons?! Or something. Cuz in my opinion, people who like hordes and challenge, can build horde bases. And then people like me, can just go top of buildings and survive there.😸

You guys are entertaining to watch, so that's a follow lol! However, don't sleep on the repeat loot and rewards, because that high level stuff can fetch some big time tokens, so that you can get whatever you want from the traders. Or, yiu can even smelt the tokens cor brass. Haha, loots can be really overkill nowadays though!

Tips : pummel pete is the best melee in 7 days it knock off zombies can pop off zombie heads if you are lucky and stun effect sometimes can save your life

There is alot to learn here, but its is entirely possible to never get more then one injury even in dire situations, (not talking blood moons, or moments of.....shiz I did a stup...id...bleh death). First, even Light armor can help a little to avoid critical injuries or lessen them from red to orange ones. Second Hit and Run melee tactics (even with server reach on zombies) is a very viable tactic. Second Always have an escape plan or BUILD one! Crafting basic frame blocks are your friend. (Hint zombies dont jump unless specific actions provoke them, like stacking on each other) With this in mind, getting Agility up to get the Parkour skill to level two is a God send Early Level and Late game life saver! When I see a two block tall fence the zombies can jump on but I can is so nice in a pinch plus escape plan setups/horde bases Third, At end game (high game stage)/ higher POI's some fights/mobs are going to happen regardless of what you do. Either setup fall backs, use loud loadouts (heavy armor/shotgun and clubs work best)But funny thing about it at this time. Full stealth upgrades, and Full muffler mods on armor in Full Heavy Gear only adds 4-5 meters of 'Possible' Detection. I am not talking about adding the Guile stuff on here (I cant remember if thats in vanilla game or not anyways) Even in full Heavy armor, you can be Nearly as Stealthy as the full Light Military guy. Expect Heavy Armor is twice as effective! If you do the math you take about 50% less damage then you would in Full High Tier Light armor. There is a Combat book/magazine in the set that offers you normal movement for 20 seconds in Any armor while in 'Combat' this resets each time a trigger for combat occurs. (getting hit or hitting an enemy are examples) Even if they nerf this book, this is only to counter those that argue Light armor is better movement. Even without this book Heavy Armor is just better anyways. For several reasons. Some Normal Game play late game reasons. This removes the Heavy Armor speed penalty basically and since in HIGH Tier Play your normally forced into active combat you can both stealth somewhat and still fight twice as safely. Also Horde Nights, just use heavy Armor, you really cant run around a ton ("Safely") anyways on Horde night. Making Light armor pointless Late game. (its fine early game stage, and even technically easier to find mid game.) Testing even in full Cloth that give no stealth penalty shows that in full Modded Heavy armor with max skill in stealth you really dont benefit much from using light armor to stealth. Basically When you need stealth you have just enough anyways when doing this in full Heavy Armor. For Stealh early game to mid. (game stage 0-80) (use POI's and Biomes to determine your stage access.) I Will use light armor until I can spam either Tier 4/5 POI's in snow or Burning lands Biomes Mostly Safely. Then I just keep looking for Max Tier (at this time Tier 6) Steel armor. While saving all the mods to those armors to build what I like full stealth/enviroment/bags. NOTE: armor rating either caps at 90 or 95 (its a direct % reduction) I cant remember which one. But a skill in the Fort skill tree (dont remember name) that reduces damage does reduce some outside armor, even if it applies first before Armor this helps alot and reduces stun chance on you too, (at max you have immunity to being stunned) at the moment, just pick two-three weapons to focus on, one melee and one range at least. put a few point in there til near mid to late game,(around lv 30 or more start with one point in any 2-4 other weapons), ( so you find books of them). This will make it so you can then Forgettin Elixir but still have weapon options late game if you want. Example, Pipe shotguns suck so bad its better to put one point (even early levels) to just get books for it until you get the double barrel, then shotguns actually become worth something. (even if Pipe shotgun nearly instantly reloaded it would suck). Good early weapons are (remember you want 2-3 skill levels in the ones you focus asap). Clubs once you have 2-3 skill levels and especially when you have a bat, Double barrel shotguns (seriously dont bother with Pipe shotgun its bad) spears, are actually ok/good even at this time due to a change. Pipe machine gun, (just make sure to have lots of ammo of 5.56) Pip pistol, but replace it even with low tier Regular Pistol if given the chance every time. if you early max agility (5-8 points in attribute), Knifes and Bows are really good, especially for stealth runs early game. (a basic early game pure agility build with stealth tactics is a very safe start. Tier 1-2 POI's with some 3's) Pipe Rifle, is a mix of good and bad, if your focusing Perception build first, its OK, if not its slightly better then the Pipe shotgun, but not by too much. (as a Range pick off target weapon/initiator of single fights its still ok) Bad weapons early game are, Pipe shotgun (seriously this is very bad in the current state of the game/needs of play. Dont uses unless desperate) basic Baton (its nice they included it, but its a weaker club basically), ok for early pure INT builds I guess. Any early game tool is bad as a weapon but if strength build, better then bare fists. Any Fist weapons in early game, ( you need many series books/skill levels to make this worthwhile, Great Late game build tho)

Dang this was awesome to watch, the shenaniganz the survival was all great! Poor bases and hte grocery store served until the last moments, that last wave was truly a spectacle!

Loved the series folks. if it´s interesting, i can provide you with a base that can stand any horde, at any level with minimal resources and ammo. As the devs capped many many ways to get them killed, i´ve developed this cheap ass horde base that you can chill and kill. Ping me if you wanna take a look into it.

I've been on a search for another good zombie game. SCUM is WAY too detailed for my taste. Mist is cool but slow (I understand it's only a couple people working on it... thumbs up to them). I can't get used to Zomboid's isometric angle and broken farming/cooking sitch. Plus I just die a lot. Need jars and lids to can food? I never found one jar or lid. 7 Days just scratches that itch perfectly... Now to you, first time viewer here. Props on your time editing and compiling. Glad you finished day 100 in style, 7D2D is such a fun game but vanilla has it's limits with ony 1 update a year end game becomes boring very quickly, it would be great to see you guys play modded D72D like Darkness Falls, it adds so much more to the game and would be a good continuation from here when your ready to play again.

last day bring an auger if they got in just go straight down then shoot up only one at a time then the other guy can make the tunnel whille u shoot. or just build the down tunnel pre horde and have the bottom ready to tunnel out

for 100 days of content there is darkness falls as a real challenge :D the base game usualy is done by 30 days if youve played before
