Singed, Hecarim, Warwick, etc. As singed, you could have one person simply not auto at all, build stuff like cosmic drive, trailblazer, dead man's, shurelya's, etc, and they'd buff everybody else. Everybody has at least cosmic + ghost + celerity, and the whole team goes 700-2k ms
