We Played Golf In ALASKA At Midnight 

Love seeing you boys play one of my home courses. Been a rough summer up here for conditions, but glad you guys got to see some of the state.

The guys at Settler's have done an insane job this year keeping the greens in even half decent shape. With the amount of record rain we have had this year, they have really put their all into it. I hope you guys get to come back one day and play on a bluebird day when its 70 degrees out, and those greens are rolling at like a 10 or 11 stimp. Awesome to see you guys playing my home track!

Loving the Golfing Old Glory video series !!! So my dad used to tell me " if you don't like the way the greens roll hit it closer and you don't have to worry about putting" ..

I live in anchorage. All the courses have been struggling with the crap weather we have had this summer. Have only Broke into the 70’s a handful of times. Normally the conditions are a better. Season normally runs from the first week of June to mid October depending on snow melt and when it starts snowing

Next year go to Fairbanks on the Summer Solstice, June 21, and play in the Midnight Sun Golf Tournament. Tee off at Midnight. Sun is back above the horizon about 2:30 ish!

The Mat-Su valley where you guys are playing has had record rainfall this year. It has been raining for months on end now. Alaskas state bird the mosquito comes out in force around 7-8 pm everynight.

I played Moose Run which is the #3 course in Alaska back in September last year. Truly one of the most beautiful places in the world. 60 degree F, not a cloud in the sky, so you got a perfect view of the mountains and glaciers.

Awesome course. My parents lived right down the road from there. I played a few years ago when I visited and it was a great time!

Awesome, my home coarse, along with Palmer. Tough year for the greens this summer.

Do you have a compiled list anywhere of all the courses you've played and what states are left to come? This is by far my favorite golf series on YT.

When you go to Minnesota you gotta play TPC Twin Cities or Superior National. In wisconsin I highly recommend Erin Hills or Whistling Straits. I feel like y’all would love any of those courses and it would great to see you guys take ‘em on

Hey awesome!! There are two cities(and maybe more that dont sleep in June) you are in one...the other is Reykjavík Iceland...very good golf at midnight less bugs ...Stationed there USN from 98 to 2000...go to Iceland..you will not regret it.

Huge amounts of rain last summer. Huge amounts of snow this last winter. Temps have been very moderate. Been a tough couple of summers for growing grass in Alaska. I work at Palmer Municipal GC, Settlers is generally a nice golf course, this year has been tough.

You guys should play a course on every island when you guys come to Hawaii🤙🏽 love the content, keep it up boys🤙🏽

Tough course conditions, but you guys always having fun. Alaska state bird, of course what you guys were swatting @ the ginormus mosquito. LOL

Tarps are so the cold wind wont tear up the greens. We do the same in Minnesota on some holes that see the harsh wind. If you don't tarp them it kills the greens in spots

You guys need to golf Old Works in Anaconda, MT when you end up coming this way. Love that course!

When ya'll get to Delaware you should play Baywood Greens, great scenery and one of the best courses in Delaware.

Man what an absolutely incredible experience....and you're probably glad it's over, lol. Still tons of fun to watch. A lot of bounce out of the rough too, lol

Grew up in Alaska, played a lot of junior tournaments at Settlers Bay. Great course, but imo Moose Run Creek course is the best course in Alaska top to bottom.

Yeah, those greens do look SUS as all get out. Reminds me of a golf course near where I'm at, greens all tore up and patchy. But I guess there's a reason why since it's Alaska and it's more known for snowstorms than golf courses. Actually a bit surprised there are any golf courses there.

welcome to golfing in ak, lol, greens are entirely at the whim of how our breakup goes (winter to spring) this year was horrible with some really really late snows, and then no sun for like 2 months. Setlers does have on adv our best greens, Debatably, AGC (in anch) is the nicer adv course, and their greens this year are def kicking off, and it's a way more punishing course.

When you boys come to Connecticut. Play either Wintonbury Hills or Great River in Milford or Keney Park all 3 public, all 3 excellent Loving the series boys. Best

Last time I was in Anchorage they said there was a population of 1,000 moose within city limits. Beautiful up there. My 7 kids are native Alaskan from the Arctic Circle. ❤

Played the course 4-5 times a few years ago! Was in much better condition when I was there, the greens rolled way better than they appeared to in the video. Hope you guys had a great time!
