Have you ever thought about a fuselocke? By now theres a solid amount of fused pokemon, could randomize battles and encounters, legends etc. Might be a interesting idea to look into

I think a cool fusions video idea would be for you each to catch 12 pokemon then be allowed to each swap one of yours with one of the opponent's, the person who picked their's knows what they select while they randomly pick one of the opponent's so it could be an upgrade or a downgrade. You do this 3 times each then using your 12 mons you can pick who you want fused with who to see who can make a better team

A cool idea is if you spin the typing wheel twice, then you have to find a pokemon with the primary type of the first spin or the secondary type of the second spin and if you catch a mon that has that combo as a dual type then you get a master ball
