They should actually make that card game. Since vtubers get cancelled for a variety of reasons, it would probably be best to only have the cards exist digitally rather than as actual cards so certain ones could be temporarily taken out of circulation and replaced with a less controversial version. Large vtuber organizations would likely be available only in DLC/special packs after the game grew large enough to warrant their interest. But this could actually be a game. Alternatively, a card game using mostly fake vtubers could exist, but with real vtubers being available as super rare cards. You wouldn't need a hundred real vtubers to fill out the ranks, just a dozen or so.
