I love how josh confidence has grown behind the camera he had this timid nature before even on his own channel he was like talking lilk nervously in the carner background lol no hate but happy to see him shine out of his shell ..josh aveste most improved youtuber
Kinda dissapointed in joey for giving sterling a 4 after him carrying us to european football near the end of the season and gaining vital points at the start of the season with 10 goals and 8 assist one poor spell midway thru the season like 2-3 games its so harsh i would give him a 7 bigup josh aveste for giving him a 6 which was shocking
Sterling 43 appearances with 10 goals and 8 assists. Mudryk 41 appearances 7 goals and 2 assists. Raheem doubles his goal contributions in only two more games but Mishas friend says he had a better season😂
I feel like Mudryk did improve towards the end of the year (when he got a run of games and wasn't coming off the bench for the last ten minutes) while Sterling started well but be definitely fell off towards the end, idk just my opinion
Ones 22 first full season in prem. Other theoretically should be in or near prime and paid talisman wage, by their individual standards and expectations Mudryk had a better season. Stats mean nothing without context. Who would you say had a better season? Haaland or Palmer?
IMO Sterling - 4, too many expectations from him that weren't realized in the slightest for the second season in a row Mudryk - 5, accordingly Gallagher - at least 9, I'd give him a 10 personally, right next to Palmer. What he lacked in game quality he compensated by being the actual captain of the squad and the ultimate subaitute for anyone who was injured. Hope Mareska insists on keeping him. Caicedo - 8, too rough of a first half of the season for a 9. Jackson - 7. A good first season, but awful personality displays throughout the season and a lot of missed chances, understat gives him a -5.86 goals in xG. If he would score his, he'd rival Costa's first season. So I can't give him an 8.
@@rtm1zz like, seriously (yeah, I just remembered I didn't finish) he's got 8+4 in EPL, 1+3 in EFL Cup and 1+1 in the FA Cup. Here are the teams that he did ANYTHING useful against: - Luton (demoted + not decisive for the overall result) - Burnley (demoted, not decisive in the first one, got us 1 point in April) - Blackburn (Championship and not decisive) - Tottenham (not decisive at all, they had 2 red cards and an injury) - City (actually useful two times, got us 2 separate points) - Newcastle (we lost 4-1, not decisive) - Sheffield (demoted and not decisive) - Wolves (we lost, so not decisive) - Preston (Championship, not decisive) - Middlesbrough (Championship, not decisive in the slightest, it was a 6-1) - Leeds (Championships, decisive) - Leicester (Championship, not decisive and behaved like a complete asshole taking away set pieces) - Forest (barely not demoted, decisive) - Bournemouth (12th place, decisive) So what we have is: - He scored or assisted against 14 teams, 8 out of which were at the time in the Championship or got demoted into it by the end of the season, and of those only 2 contributions were actually influential in terms of getting points or moving through cup stages. - Another team that barely survived demotion - Bournemouth (bottom half of the table) - City (yay, something good) - Newcastle and Wolves with contributions that didn't help us win or at least draw - And an assist against crippled Tottenham All that with the WORST attitude on the pitch for two seasons in a row and the highest salary in the entire club. Do you REALLY think I'm too harsh on him?
Best CFC content in the business is Josh and Joey, funny, informed enough to be dangerous, but always honest about where we are as a club without being doomers
The defender ratings are horrendous, a historically bad defence and players get 8s and 9s for the last few solid games 💀 Did you forget how absolutely horrible Badiashile was for the vast majority of the season? Mistake after mistake every game he played. But he made a few great passes in the last games so he had a good season actually. Thiago also wasn't reliable at all this season. I love Trevir but you can't give a 9 to someone who didn't play much at all. 9's for Gusto and Cucu also a joke, not nearly enough minutes played and both had enough bad moments to push them to 7 at most
I'll be honest why do people act like Petrovic has had a good season because he has had far from a good season we are literally in the market for a new GK
I personally think the 1st problem is the “BLOATED SQUAD” we need to get rid of a lot of players! Maatsen needs to be spoken about (if keep him or not?) and I’d get rid of of Chilwell (Chilly I love him to bits, but he can’t play in a back 4) Cucurella can go as well and I’d have Gusto and Maatsen fighting for that spot! (Great competition) I don’t think we need to sign a GK (although you do know Maresca 1st signing at Leicester was a GK? Dasasi and Badieshiele are 🐕 💩 so I’d try and get Tosin (if you have watched Fulham’s games then you would understand why Newcastle and Man U want him) I WANT HIM! To be with Colwill, Wesley Forfana and Chalobah (although I think Trev will be sold (sad) Then we got 5 players for 2 positions… WTFFFFF!! Caicedo, Enzo, Gallagher, Ugochuko and Lavia… IS THAT HEALTHY? NO!! We got 3 players that are excellent that can play in the 10 role: Palmer, Nkunku, Carney Wingers we have a problem, NONE OF THEM are good enough for me (Madueke, Sterling, Mudryk are NOT GOOD ENOUGH) Madueke and Mudryk do 1 good thing every 8 times they recieve the ball and Sterling (I don’t even need to give an explication about what WE ALL think about him (what’s concerning is Maresca might fancy Sterling… then we got a problem! Strikers, I’m fine with buying 1 and keeping Jackson as rotation (although Jackson is the same as Mudryk and Madueke, for every 8 times he gets the ball or a chance he does 1 thing good) he looks like he tackles himself and trips up with his own feet. Watkins or Ompenda for me to come in as the striker.
Only Caicedo and Palmer imo gave us a near consistent and consistent performance respectively and should rank 7 at most7. Silva, Connor and Gusto 6.5. The rest of the team can follow. We had reasons to criticise almost everyone in the team for weeks last season, we can't throw around ratings 🤦🏿
@@kson6 Caicedo was poor at the start but he improved gradually and maintained the form until the end of the season. Connor had his good moments no doubt by I'll rate him a bit lower than Moises. I honestly hate the fact that we are even rating any of these except Palmer above a 7.
Never give a ten because there’s always room for improvement and sets him up to drop his rating next season. God I hope Cole doesn’t watch these things?
You guys are harsh on disasi, Its not his fault that all the other rcbs were injured? Also: Poch can not set up a defense to save his life. Disasi literally got a MOTM against Man City at the ethihad, how many cbs can pull that off?
@@bastianogero9609 what’s the justification for him begging higher than the other two. Nkunkus contribution was higher than ugos. And he wasn’t all that good he had shakey performances. Which is perfectly fine because he’s still a kid but a 5 is a good rating for him. You can’t tell me his contribution was higher than Enzo for example, but they rated him higher. Colwill sterling and co have done much more this season and got a lower rating.
Mata and Hazard had amazing debut seasons. Big fan of your content guys, but you gotta sort your timing out. By the time this dropped it was already known that Maresca is our new coach. Wanted to see you talking about that more than player ratings. other Chelsea you tubers (who I don't rate much) had videos a day ago regarding our new coach.
Hell nah bro were cooked. We had a real thing going on with poch but noe we gotta start from Level 1 again. The owners are treating the club like a deal or no deal gameshow. We got a good deal with pich but decided to gamble and throw it all away by getting a new manager.
I am probably in the minority but I love Disasi. Yes he makes mistakes (Still less than Benoit this season) but he is an obvious old school defender with more passion than half of the rest of the team
