@@ReclusiarchGexhe will die on that planet he will die on Armageddon not as a coward but as a hero who defended the emperor’s people and soldiers at the cost of his own life
@@ReclusiarchGex no problem! If you enjoyed the black templars animation the same guy did an animation on the blood angels. Maybe it could be your next project
The three of them are actually Perpetuals, they became companions to the Emperor, but the two of them eventually left. The third boy was so loyal to the Emperor that he agreed to being a test subject for the superhuman projects of the Emperor, and succeeded in making himself one of the first astartes, yet is still a Perpetual. Even to the 42nd millennium his crusade against the enemies of humanity still rages, while still keeping close bonds with his two friends who manage the Imperium in the shadows alongside Alpharius.
@@conradsmight2220 He actually was a Custodes during the Unification Wars and the Horus Heresy, but when he saw that his brethren were too depressed to continue fighting after the Emperor became incapacitated, he retired from being a Custodes and donned an Imperial Fist armor, which he would later change into a Black Templar armor. For 10,000 years, he fought against the enemies of mankind as a Perpetual Custodes/Space Marine, killing all manners of horrors and never accepting any of the credit, instead choosing to be a nameless soldier on the battlefield. He still kept in touch with his two friends, and has a deep trust with them, they made a plan to return to the past in order to prepare humanity early and prevent the Age of Strife from happening. Thus, they created a time machine and returned to the 2nd Millennium, where they met with their past selves.
I just finished reading this book a few weeks ago and- *man*- was it so nice to see certain things visualized here. Absolutely nailed it! Especially loved that you included Cador on the highway and Artarion getting rescued by Grimaldus from the falling Thunderhawk. (Also shout out to my boys Andrej and Maghernus)
If you haven't watched it already there is a Helsreach movie on youtube that is 2 and half hours long. The animation quality gets better as it goes on and flashbacks go back to the original quality aside at the very end
“I have dug my blade in this place. I will either triumph or I will die! No Pity! No Remorse! NO FEAR!” -Reclusiarch Grimaldus at the last stand of the Helsreach crusade.
