Honestly, I've never been more inspired to start eating healthier and looking after myself by anyone. But you guys are just such amazing and truly incredible people. I'm living vicariously through you at the moment, as I am living at home. However, I feel so held back, like I can't get myself into a healthy rhythm until I have my own space. I'm manifesting my own home at the moment, and I owe all my hard work and determination to the both of you. Without you, I would have given up on myself a long time ago. I love you both so much for being so real and true to yourselves and for being brave enough to post it on RU-vid, despite your past experiences with anxiety. It is truly inspiring, thank you both

Hey girls, just your friendly neighbourhood nutritionist here We do recommend that you consume after a workout, a source of protein, just to aid in muscle recovery and growth. So adding a protein shake to your salad, roll can really help with achieving your goals 😊 Also, I recommend going to a health food shop and seeing if they have samples of protein to trial out different types to see which helps with your gut. Personally, I like a whey protein isolate as opposed to a vegan protein. Good luck on your journey 🫶🏻

Its a bad app with literally 3 year old friendly recipes. E.g. she will give you a recipe for cooking an egg... But if that's your thing, go for it.

Try soaking your chia seeds in liquid like whatever milk you like before adding them in your smoothies because they are raw and I find them so much more filling when they have soaked 🤞🏼🤷🏼‍♀️ love your vlogs so much ❤️
