It would only work if they have a picture or something else to give them a clear vision of what the person looks like. You need to be familiar with the target in order for the spell to work.
@@legomaniac213 Depends how the DM rules "Familiar with them." I know enough aboot Tom Kenny the voice actor that I can say I'm familiar with him even though I've no clue what he looks like. Could be "Has had them described to the caster", could be "Has met them personally", could be anything in-between.
It is so satisfying to hear Wally as a power gamer (affectionate) making very similar choices building a character I built. Fey Wanderer is pretty awesome on the Ranger scale. I mixed it with College of Whispers Bard for extra psychic damage semi smites and a ridiculous Deception mod with pretty unimpressive stats.
