What happened was really a sad event But I would say the mistake is also there parents leaving 4 years old on the street if not dog may be a car accident ir bike accident can happen too Dogs are domestic animals not wild animals Like humans who don't behave as per law we put them in jail Similarly, based on the locals complaint if any dog is behaving wild GHMC immediately take action on those animals and keep them in restricted shelter
