Tim is a good candidate but contestant #2 came with her own questions, which shows me that she is really interested in the position. She is taking being hired seriously. She knows how to keep the boys entertained and really seemed like the perfect candidate.

Contestant number 2 came prepared and ready for the interview she also had her own questions and concerns so she can be on point and know how to react with the kids so I feel that contestant number 2 is the best person for the job

I am going to tell you guys the same thing I told dolce and nesha in their comments when they said they were looking for a baby sitter, now I don't think they read my comment, but I think it is dangerous to try strangers with your kids. I watch lifetime and there are crazy people out here. They might act nice in front of you, but behind your back they could be mistreating your kids and they are too small to completely explain what has happened to them. If you still want to do it keep hidden cameras every where. Good luck and God bless you guys in doing this.
