Virgin Mojito ingredients for 1 mocktail:
40 ml Tonic
6 mint leaves
1 tsp cane sugar
2 lime wedges
30 ml Apple juice
20 ml Lime juice
15 ml Elderflower syrup
crushed ice
As a finish and optional
1 sprig of mint
1 slice of lime
2 marashino cherries on a skewer.
