In July 2024, we travelled to Andros to raise awareness and introduce invasive species to our diet!
Together with chef Giorgos Tsoulis, and local chefs Dimitris Giginis and Kimon Katenidis we invited local community to an exciting gastronomic journey.
The chefs prepared simple and delicious recipes using invasive species. At the same time, biologist Giota Sotiropoulou prepared original preparations of invasive species.
By including invasive species to our diet and learn how to cook them, we also help protect our seas!
