The two of you have way more patience then we would with those coconuts, and I'll admit I was terrified when you busted out the chainsaw... Miss you guys
Our dogs are fairly prone to ear related issues. For minor infections, you can clean their ears really good, and use a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water. Yeast can’t survive with the acidity of the vinegar. This, done daily, will generally clear up the infection in a few days.
Don't blind side into places unless you absolutely have too. Shorter rig you're pulling with a shorter nose than I'm used too but I never blind sided unless I couldn't avoid it as a truck driver.
I would have been so sad leaving the dogs! So glad the tooth poke wasn’t too serious 😅. Fun fact: Joseph and I lived in Fort Myers’s for a year and bought a house in Cape Coral (there for 5 years). It’s always so weird how the area changes over time!
I live in Dunedin, right near Clearwater. Ian was supposed to be a direct hit here, we went to Fort Lauderdale to evacuate. It turned and hit Fort Myers. That was SO scary and so devastating for Forr Myers. 😢 I’ll never forget that.
Love, Love, LOVE your channel!! This episode has to be my favorite - totally made me laugh out loud! We plan to go full time in the Fall and your channel has been so informative and has helped put a lot of our concerns to rest. Thank you!😂
Thank you so much!! Also, I love that you loved this episode!! We had a lot of fun with it, but weren't sure how it would do since a lot of it was not really in the RV. And also so glad to know that we've been of help ❤️
So glad the boys were not hurt too bad. Rusty had an ear infection last year and was treated with the one application antibiotics, worked great for him. Hope it works well for you too! Safe travela!
Another great video, you should specifically look into Pets Best pet insurance. We have had it for four years now and it's been great. You can go to any vet anywhere submit the bill and get up to 90 % reimbursement depending on which plan you choose as well as many yearly services included such as heartguard, flea and tick treatment, teeth cleaning, etc... our 55 lb dog is covered for $70 a month. Has totally been worth having especially now going full-time next week, closing on our house next Thursday !!!
@@wildrvlife Be sure to check how the deductibles are applied and if there is a max payout amount/condition. Some companies charge the deductible/condition annually and some charge it once/condition. Eg. One of our pups has allergies and our insurance (Trupanion) charged the deductible once for allergeries and that's it. Then they pay 90% of the bill for allergies for life with no max amount per year. Our previous insurance plan charged their deductable every year for a condition and then paid 100% of the bill for that condition but only up to a max amount per year.
lol the look on your face when you tasted the water from the first coco nut haha. Hopefully the pups are all doing good after everything. Anytime we have ever left our rv which has only been twice so far we ended up keeping it at an rv park in a spot.
We really do! A very old Facebook memory came up recently where I had posted about how blessed I had been with opportunities I would have never imagined and I thought about how true it still was to this day.
We're so sorry Leeland got an ear infection but thankful it wasn't too bad. We left our two cats at a kitty condo when we went to North Carolina and they seemed traumatized when we picked them up. We felt terrible. I think they've forgotten all about it by now, hopefully. Lol
I've left my 5th wheel at my daughter's in Washington. Also, few times at RV Parks, most recently, in Parker, AZ while I went to Vegas to visit a childhood friend.
Wow-quite a weekend! Now you know why they wanted you to wait until the morning to park the RV-welcome to Florida😂. Hope Leland is ok and your next RV park is easier to get into.
Glad you both had a good time and I have to say the coconut cookies looked pretty yummy. Im glad the pups are ok and on the mend. As always wishing you safe travels.
Hi guys.... That was interesting with the coconuts.... We were hoping you would be checking your fingers after the chainsaw....lol... Sorry to hear about Leland's ear... I'm sure he's doing better by now... Looking forward to your next video....J&A
I'm glad the pup is better. Just got my shiba inu checked again, eat infection, and that's with his dog insurance, so paid about 200.. it's crazy, but you gotta get them better. Awesome video! Stay Safe
So glad the babies are doing okay. Great video! Nice you took time to go do something different and fun!! Craig and the coconut had us cracking up, punt intended lol. Take care and be safe. 🤍Freddy and Bryan
I’m the one they came to visit in the video. Ian made landfall at Caya Costa, as you probably know. Basically at Useppa. Yet the island experienced very little damage compared to everywhere around it. The storm surges were, like, 3ft. Not a single house lost its roof. There was damage, of course, to every house. But it was all minor compared to what the rest of the area experienced. While we were all thankful, it makes no sense. The only structures to experience major damage were the commercial ones. The poor inn. The whole marina building/office will need to be torn down. The museum got hit hard but was quickly repair.
Great video! What a cool experience on the island!❤️ Y'all are so go-woth-the-flow!! Very impressive 😊 Your experience really hit home with us about the "RV park" that was really a Park model fulltime resort. We stayed at an Encore park once and had to nearly jack knife our truck and fifth wheel just to get it in. The road was so narrow, we barely missed the shrubs in the flower bed of the home across from us. Not only that but the connections were at the far back of the site. Gah!!!! It will be a long time before we forget that experience! 😮
Hey guys great video, great to get out of the RV for a while, met both of you at the Tampa show from 1 Brinkley owner to another next time we can help in fproof 😊
Hope lealan gets better soon. So glad the boys didn't get hurt to bad. That was a beautiful house to house sit. Craig please no more chain saws to cut a coconut. That scared me. Vitoria the cookies and pancakes looked very good yum 😋. Hope you enjoyed the rv show. Can't wait til next week. Star safe. God bless. And much love Mary.
He is already doing better now, thank you! And yeah, I’m think the chainsaw and coconut thing needs to be a one time event 🤣 better not push our luck there. Thank you so much for coming along!
get this ROSSMÖNSTER CUSTOM TRUCK CAMPERS the Moab Baja or similar truck and hard side camper etc. not van you can thank me later when we meet up on the trail Heads up I like dark beer
You 2 find the best adventures from some of the most uncommon places. As a person old enough to be your dad, I tried to coach Craig, through the tv screen, with that cocoa nut & chainsaw thing 😂
Hilarious the coconut attempts, the place there was beautiful 🤩🙌 I was also excited to see Maverick and Leland…sorry Leland had to go to the Vet! Stay safe from branches 🥰🥰
Hahaha I seen 78mph on the way to go back to get the camper. Gotta watch them Florida HP they are bad at hiding. My butt never went over the speed Florida never played games, commercial license you get charged 2-3 times over normal price
@@wildrvlife you have also helped me,I can see WHT I could be doing and I thank you both for that.i have grandchildren and I wish I could show everyone the beautiful side of life out there instead of things looking so gloomy for kids these days
Hey,, It's Babs, Michael & Angelle We and our little 2 lb dog. We met y'all at CAMP Margaritaville in Arburnville FL. Are you guys on any other media platforms?
You just reminded us we have a coconut we brought back to Michigan that we need to cut. Even though it actually froze on our way back home! 🤪 I think we’ll pass on the chainsaw though. 😂
Surprise surprise!! The coconut tasted like coconut! Who woulda thunk? That chainsaw shot with the coconut was a little scary to watch. Where is OSHA when you need them?
@@wildrvlife was that last campground you pulled into near Disney? I was at one near Disney a few years ago that looked just like that! It was mostly park models with a few open spots for campers and it was truly horrible getting into and even worse getting out. Looking forward to your RV show videos.
we haven't stayed much in that immediate area, except for Camp Margaritaville in Auburndale, which is somewhat in that vicinity and is a reallllyyyy nice place if you want to treat yourself for a few nights! It's pricey but definitely a fun stay
How do you deal with regular vet care with the dogs were you are always on the road? Do you have a temperature monitor in the camper so you know if the dogs are safe?
