we're thinking of selling our home and moving....AGAIN

All I wanna say is, I hope your next house is your permanent house for at least a few years because from the kids perspective, moving frequently affects them. Of course, this is none of my business, but as a kid, my family and I would move a lot from place to place, and it was difficult. Every time we would move, It wouldn’t even feel homey to me because I knew it wasn’t permanent. All I’m saying is consider your kids before you guys make a drastic decision.

I say think long term, this house is the type of house worth keeping for generations.. you’ve truly made it a home

As someone who comes from a wealthy family in Europe. I traveled since the day I was born with my parents and grandparents. I am 25years now and been to 25 countries by the age of 16yo with my parents but we have 2 homes one in France and Italy and I love those homes dearly because it’s where I grew up since day one, where beautiful memories were made and where my future kids will make memories and I will see them run and play around where I played as a child. The point I am trying to make is just because you have money doesn’t you should move every year. A home should be part of a family dna and history …Owned by generations regardless if updated to a modern version that’s where the beauty is. Maybe it’s a European mindset again it’s my opinion do what you want.

Bramty made a video a while back where she went to an air b n b and she realized she didn’t need a huge house and a smaller house was very homey. I have a feeling they will sell and downsize because it feels more homey and more realistic. Sometimes big houses don’t bring the homey vibes.

The thing is Bramty and Luis will do what they want at the end of the day and since they know their kids and they have said yesss lets move, nothing is going to hold them back. The rich lifestyle the kids have can come and go but memories stay forever, as long as the kids are happy and healthy then enjoy life and make the decisions! I do think about the kids in the future in a way affecting them like not wanting to stay in place and moving at 100 but thats just my personal thought when they have their own families and relationships.

I always get confused when they say they travel so much… where have they gone to besides Puerto Rico and Chile? 😅 y’all need to really travel, go to Central America, Europe, Africa, Asia, different islands, etc. soooo many places to travel to. Especially having all the money they do and kids being homeschooled. “Traveling to Vegas” isn’t really traveling lol

Honestly it's such a beautiful house. For me personally I wouldn't sell it and its clear other people wouldn't either but it's not their house and shouldn't be disturbed with whatever you guys decide. I've watched you guys for so long and I think it's such a good experience traveling, you guys are still so young you don't need to settle down.

If there’s one thing I will always stand behind is traveling with your children and showing them the real world and different cultures. If you have the means do it! F$& the opinions as you don’t need them, you can’t allow people that can’t relate to you to tell you how to raise your kids. They’re at the perfect age and culture is the best knowledge you can give them, they’ll learn the rest through you guys.

I haven't gotten to the selling homes part but I just feel like no matter what house y'all get there will ALWAYS be someone wanting to offer you more. With that being said, if you love this house stay here. Instead start getting into real estate. buy houses, fix them up, decorate nicely and rent them or sell them, hire a manager or whatever to do the important stuff

so crazy story. I live in the town of that Publix. I was there grocery shopping with my husband & daughter and as we were leaving I saw bramty’s brother and I told my husband, he said that it wasn’t him and it was my just my bad eyesight (which to be fair I can’t see far away very well) but we drove right past him walking to his car. Anyway, I then was thinking “no maybe it wasn’t him & im just crazy and the guy probably just looked like him with a bit of blurry vision”. Then skip to now I see the Publix clip in this vlog and it made me immediately feel like I’m not crazy and my eyesight really isn’t that bad lol.

Not to be paranoid but I find very weird that he is so interested in this house. In that tour of the house he could have planted cameras or voice things. Just an opinion but this house fits y’all & honestly it would be nice for the kids to have a house where they could say “this is my childhood house” special things like that.
