Ren's vocals has been vastly underrated, his ability to sing any genre and sound credible, a master of his many crafts and talents. "Back to 74'" came out in 2023 by Jungle and "Message in the Bottle" is from the Police back in 1983, one of my all time favorite bands.
Message in a bottle is from the Police - Sting's early group and Back on 74 is by Jungle - Ren did do the rap part himself but all together it is glorious

Try taking a look at Ren in the group he was in "The Big Push" suggest you start with "I Shot The sheriff/Road To Zion Hip-Hop Mix" (The live version where he is wearing the red Braces/Suspenders) There are 2 versions of this out there. Also you need to see him with "Chinchilla" first one should be "Chalk Outlines" or the one about Joe "How To Be Me"
Loved the reaction! The rap part are Ren's lyrics. In Back on 74, it's original lyrics with a Ren's composition, same with Message in a Bottle. This is why we love Ren. Ren has the same effect not only with women, but I've seen it with men too. He has that special thing that's hard to express.

Yes the rap parts rens own then the songs were both from the late 70’s . Ren is currently unwell his treatment didn’t work the last time so if he doesn’t drop much music this is why (sept 24)

The crazy part is Back on 74 isn't old its very new, The Jungle is a current band. But the sound is of an older time in music. You should check out The original song by the Jungle its really worth reacting too,.

Good morning Couple Crib, It's rather unfortunate to tell you that I was quite disappointed by your reaction to this video for the reasons I will now explain below. Let's be clear, this is the first video of yours that I've watched so I won't be a generalist on all your reaction work, but I can tell you that I've known Ren since his early days after treatment for Lime disease and I've now seen and listened to his songs and video as well as having seen video reactions from other videoreactors thousands of times (in many cases even more times). The fact in question that leaves me perplexed and dissatisfied with your work here is that you seem to be within the musical field, I have no idea if you are musicians or something else in substance, which is certainly not necessary to make video reactions, but I found your way, very superficial. Ok, the blind reaction, but given that this song is a retake of at least 2 other songs, which are also very famous, and which you also don't seem to know at all (I could still understand "Back On '74" but "Message In A Bottle" even the stones know it) but at least listening to the original versions of these songs, in my opinion would have been right and necessary to understand the absolute goodness of Ren's artistic product. On the other hand, you know well the very famous video game "Tomb Raider" mentioned in the song, even if you don't seem to have noticed that Zelda (another very famous game from the 80s) is also mentioned. In your way you missed at least half of this goodness of understanding and your video was also impoverished as a result. I repeat, I have no idea if you are musicians or anything similar but I have seen many reactions from psychiatrists, teachers in various capacities, film directors, rappers, film producers, as well as ordinary people who have to do with music just as much as anyone else in their normal and everyday life, that they knew the songs they were talking about well, due to their background or more simply because they went to listen to them before listening to Ren's song and then making the video reaction. I hope this constructive criticism doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth, but I apologize to you, I felt I had to do it. Also forgive my bad English, I'm Italian. A warm greeting. Enrico.
Hey! We're not musicians by any stretch of the imagination! Perhaps you had this impression because of the green screen background behind us with the guitars. Anyways, we're not Americans, so we don't know every old song there is. We just love music and we're exploring it with our subscribers. Plus, we love Ren but we're not here to analyze all his songs like physiatrists and teachers do. We analyzed Hi Ren, Money Game 3, etc... In the end, to each his own.
