That's the bad thing about investigating frequently investigated places is that I truly feel like spirits and entities do get sick and tired of people coming in and asking them to do this and that. So they just won't communicate because they've just had it and are fed up with people coming around wanting them to do things. So they just don't. That's one of the reasons I tend to investigate less or unknown places cause I always get alot more communication.
I really appreciate that you don't have any background music and/or sound effects. When watching your video, it is about as close as you can get to actually being there without being there. Thank you for your authenticity and the respect you show to any potential spirits. Even if 30 East Drive has supposedly been identified as being haunted, I can see why spirits would not want to keep performing tricks for all the humans that keep invading their home.

I live down the road from this house,IV visited this house so have most of my family,I visited it when this house was first opened to public,I know this history of this house and what happens is real,believe me,but I'm gunna say this, a certain TV show made a mockery out of this house,,and,the stairs is a nightmare ,it cost me £3 at the time and I'm going back some years ,but this house feeds on energy,the more who visits ,the stronger it's gets,enjoy watching ,even better to visit,the film is called ..."when the lights went out"everything is true NOW,if I'm correct,I know work men went into the house to do it up,even they did a runner!!!👍
What I like about you two is you take your time to tell us the story about this place, you go into great detail, keeping us on tender hooks what is about to happen,
At 38mins I hear a faint child-like voice which could possibly external but certainly appears to exhibit the qulaities of an EVP on my analysis programme? I have been visiting and investigating these premises for over ten years now and experienced much of what you encountered especially the rumbling sound at 39mins & 48secs though my recordings are far more severe and louder.
Yeah we hear that too, but at 55 mins you hear a louder voice/EVP of what sounds like a child’s voice which is interesting. The best EVP we caught though, is on a separate video on the channel of that night at East Drive. We were both asleep upstairs in Phillips bedroom and we left a camera recording at the bottom the stairs. We caught what we believe is a child whispering “Please, let me out”. 👍🏻

Hi Andrew. Carol live’s next door to the house and she is the keyholder/caretaker of the property for the owner. Yes, the spirits do enter her house aswell apparently including Fred 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

41mins & 24secs a whispering voice is heard presumably you guys have checked your footage with headphones on? I have heard numerous "voices" and "sounds" as I reviewed the footage?
It is yeah. We also slept in Phillips room on that night. We caught some very strange sounds on our camera’s which were recording whilst we were sleeping. You’ll see see/hear these in part 2 👍🏻
But of course while you have cameras going, nothing happens until you put them down, turn them off or start to pack up. Then watch all hell break loose. LOL However now you have nothing to back this up but your word, which does not mean the same as it did back when.

So many mirrors. Why would you need to put one in a coal shed? Mirrors are reportedly famous for being portals in a lot of cultures. Who knows what truth is in this idea? It always makes me wonder when I see so many mirrors in places that reportedly haunted.
Hi Vicki, yes we can hear that too on our camera’s we left recording while we were asleep. We believe we had the two child spirit’s with us that night…Emma and Emily. Sounds like they were knocking on our bedroom door and running away, maybe trying to wake us up?

Yeah. Someone pointed out at 55.02 that they can hear a child’s voice. Can’t work out what it’s saying, but its definitely there. Sounds like a young girls voice. Which is interesting as it’s just after we ask Emma or Emily to open the bedroom door.

Would have been more believable if we actually seen the door open for ourselves,just saying,for all we know someone could have been behind that door ,i mean a living person.no offense,but ive seen many paranormal investigators ,including the owner of this house ,and yet too see real proof ,it was once thought the banging and knocks were coming from Carols house as a money making scam,i know carol takes care of the house ,but really ,if all that activity was real would she be doing this ,nah nothing there guys

Why are you asking it to do parlor tricks to prove its there? It's proven for years that it's there. That's why you're there. Or are you not actually trying to communicate with it and only trying to get it to make your devices go off for views? Just curious.
As i say in the video, the spirits that are in the house are there in visitation. They’re not there all the time (even Fred) allegedly. You have spirits that visit regularly and Fred is the dominant spirit. We ask the spirits to interact with our equipment or to give us a sign that they are there to see if there is any spirits in the house that night we are there. It is quite difficult to actually communicate with a spirit that does not want to communicate. It may just rather want to let you know it is there. That’s my experience anyway. I hope this answers your question.

I'm so used to seeing people that are just copying what they've seen other "paranormal investigators" that don't know what they're doing either. as an empath/sensitive and a medium I've been investigating the paranormal for 30+ years(since I was a kid and found out that I have abilities)and had a demonic attachment. So I am kinda Leary when watching people conducting"investigations" but I'm glad you were professional about the way you replied so thanks for that and knowing now you seem to be conducting investigations with intelligence (if it matters) you got yourself a new subscriber.

I don't believe this house is haunted at all, it's a money making scam set up by the owner! I have watched quite a few vidoe's of ghost hunts here and have yet to see any evidence which suggests it's haunted.
When Carole made the video of 30 East Drive, showing off the hauntings, she faked so much of what she was trying to show was real. She was meant to be alone yet she whispers to someone she is with. She also flicks one of the coins of the bannister rail then says to the camera "Did you hear that? It came from down there". I understand that so many people have had experiences at 30 EAST Drive so why doe Carole try so hard to make the whole thing appear unbelievable?🥱
