The excitement in Jacob's voice was pure joy. It made my day for sure. So glad you guys got to see lots of whales. I went on one of these cruises 30+ years ago on a school trip and it was magical. I was only 10, so I don't remember how many we saw, but I do remember one swimming right under out boat and scaring us. Man, I need to do this again.
I still take my kids to the New England Aquarium once a year and they’re in their 20’s! Haven’t been on a whale watch in awhile. Glad you had a good one.
I am LITERALLY CRYING! 😭 I was so excited to see you guys were there! This is on my bucket list. I really did cry big tears. Happy for you guys experiencing that. Nature is amazing! 💚
I remember adopting a whale in middle school, then each year hoping you would see yours on the trip. I never saw mine, but they did play with the boats a few times, back then we were allowed to tough them.
Howdy Carpetbagger! As someone who’s seen humpback whales between 2014 to 2023 during my only two trips to Boston in the summer months, I absolutely LOVE the whale watching program with the New England Aquarium. Humpback whales are arguably my favorite whale species, and seeing them in real life as I only knew them from various nature documentaries focusing on whales, was especially a once in a lifetime experience. I’m very happy to hear you enjoyed seeing them on Boston, Carpetbagger!
Love, love , love this. ❤ Something I will never get to see in my lifetime. Made me emotional also. So much better than haunts and state fairs. Glad to see Jen with you.
My mother went on a whale watching tour, and she she likened it to a religious experience. The pictures she took were certainly amazing. I liked the aquarium too. I did the stingray petting at the Clearwater aquarium when I first moved to Florida. I was surprised by soft they felt, like a very thick velvet or velour. And the lobster rolls again! Sooner or later my phone is going to short circuit form me drooling on it. I might even have a shocking experience.😐
Im so glad you n Jenn got to experience seeing the Whales, how beautiful I was tearing up too!.. i love that piranha in the aquarium was smiling at you almost lol..ohh dinner. 😂
Hey Jacob and Jenn! If you ever go to Alaska, go on a whale tour to see humpback whales and orcas during August or September. It's just magnificent to see them in person when I went to Alaska back in 2018. Hope you two have an amazing day! 😁😁
I grew up digging for those claims in New England. Great to see people who don’t turn their nose up at seafood or think all seafood is deep fried. The dipping brine is actually the clam broth the claims were cooked in. There is food meat in the body of the lobster.
I saw some on a whale watcher cruise as a kid. No humpback breaching, but did see dolphins, seals (swimming in our boats wake Lol) and saw a few fin whales. The second largest animal on the planet next to blue whales, so not bad at all!
Whales are something I desperately want to see. I always wanted to see a moose and a couple years ago I took a trip to Wyoming and stayed in an Airbnb in the forest and a momma moose and her little tot moose played in the open backyard all day it was so cool to watch
I went on a dinner boat ride with my family when I was younger. First they gave you a seafood dinner then a sunset boat ride. The boat ride was so choppy everyone was getting sick on the boat which the smell made it even worse. It was also dark on the boat which made it scarier. I can’t remember if I got sick but my Mom got sick, my Dad & brother were ok. It was like the boat ride from Hell, it is a memorable part of my childhood though not a good one. 😅 So glad you guys got that experience seeing the whales, it was amazing just to see on your video. Thanks for sharing this experience! ❤
You and Jen are so sweet together. You were so lucky to actually see whales! I've lived in New England my whole life and have never seen a whale in any of my whale watching experiences! So happy for you!
Absolutely amazing video! The whales, the aquarium what an awesome day. I wouldn't be able to leave the aquarium. I can watch fish and sea life all day long.
You two are adorable together and I am so jealous that you got to see so many whales! I have been on whale tours in Virginia and Kona, Hawaii and have never actually seen a whale. In Hawaii the tour operator had a microphone under the sea and we could hear them but none were up enough to see them. Seeing your whales was so cool!
Hey Jacob. I’m glad you got to experience the aquarium. Another favorite frequent trip from my New England childhood . It’s a great aquarium and I’m hopefully going to visit soon as they will be having Animal Crossing New Horizon ( video game ) themed stuff around the aquarium for the rest of the year. I’ve been thinking about doing the whale tour there for years, I’m glad to see it can be worth it , how awesome ! Please keep coming back to the New England area. I love seeing popular tourist spots I grew up with through your eyes !
I whaley liked this video! Steller content! Doesn't get much better. I love Orca's but humpback whales are pretty magical too. From my experience, they're more active first thing in the morning, Late summer and fall are when I've been lucky enough to see them on the East Coast.
Hello Jacob and Jenn glad you both had a good time I did ragging along I love batur😅 thank you so much for posting be safe I ho9e you and Jenn have a wicked sweet Halloween
The Aquarium which u were right next to, the cheers bar, Boston tea party, many museums, and so much history in Boston you could spend weeks there doing lil adventures.
You’ll have to visit the LegaSea in Utica, Michigan. It’s a big aquarium..it’s not open yet, they haven’t finished it yet. And across the street, the same people own the Reptarium. Very awesome.
What an amazing day. The Whales were incredible. The Boston Aquarium is one of the best I've been to. The food looked delicious. I'll be in Portland ME this weekend and I will be getting a lobster roll for sure!
