25.52 . “Peace is the death of the ego. The ego does not want to die. Peace is the death of identifications”. Ramesh never taught these concepts. He would say it is stupidity to think that the ego, that was created by God, could be killed or annihilated. Peace of mind comes about when a certain number of body mind organisms realise that they are “not the doer”. Even Ramana Maharshi who lived for 55 years after his self realisation answered to his name or Bhagwan. The ego is the instrument through which God makes actions happen so that life as we know it can happen. Ramesh would often say that when you mix concepts from different teachings then confusion will often arise and destroy your peace of mind. I prefer Ramesh’s teachings about the ego. Not sure where Gautam has found these concepts all they have done is reinforce my acceptance of the concepts taught by Ramesh Balsekar. For this I am grateful.
I admire your thought of Communion with God while dealing with people, but if a person is dominating and throwing his weight due to wealth and status, how do we handle such hurts within us , even though we are aware the the same God resides in them too. Not ego, but self esteem does get hurt when we are reduced to a lower level. Pl guide
Hi, I think that we should stop worrying about God, who, as a Universal Mother, is pleased with all the prayers given by Her ignorant children and who, as a guru, knows very well how to discipline them. Wether the children are good or bad doesn't matter to a mother or a father...they always love them anyways.God is not judging.😊
