To avoid destroying the safes, you might consider watching the lockpicking lawyer or someone similar. A lot of locks are apparently very easy to open without a key.

Could also hold fishing poles, pool cues, walking canes too. Hang up cowboy hats, baseball caps and hula hoops. Leather jackets, fur coats, members only maybe two. The bearded thrift rack.

The double stack end tables and dressers are mid-century modern and very popular. Use the coat rack/umbrella stand in your booth to hang purses and put tall skinny items in the bottom (posters, yard art, umbrella, parasols, canes, etc). Sending love & blessings to you two.

17:54 Snowboards are heavy, wide and stubby. They are made with layers of fiberglass, metal edges and bulky bindings. Waterskis are long and slender-tapered like a surfboard. They are traditionally made of wood and the binding is rubber, like the part of a swim fin your foot goes into.

I met Mark McQuire a couple of times in Oakland. In fact Mr Chenczech was the equipment manager and he had 2 baseball signed by team and coach that he had given me, I had given one to my nephew and one to a very good friend of mine. You all had a great get with that storage unit!

Make sure you check them out. Rookie cards can be very valuable. Any of them can. Just because you don't know who they are doesn't mean they are not valuable. Especially since they are all in plastic. I'm 71, so don't take any for granted. .

I didn't catch all the baseball cards, but the Shaquille O'Neal cards popped out at me and yes, very valuable. I used to have them and they are rookie cards. Sold mine too early. The Michael Jordan cards are nice, but not his rookie cards. I was a big basketball fan in the 80's and 90's.

My parents had an end table and coffee table that were similar to the ones you found. My dad built them from mahogany in the 1950s. They are in my family room now.

That’s a coat rack and you can store umbrellas, walking canes around the bottom part. My grandmother had one. You could use that in your booth.

That was a very surprising unit! The most expensive speakers and the MCM furniture and that tall chest of drawers! Those baseball cards are probably worth quite a bit, especially Willie Maes one. Look forward to the next unit video.

That Speaker is the QSC K-Series 12” double sub worth $1200 used in that condition. I have those same set of QSC. Worth way more than you estimated in vid. You going to be happy lol

I just bought Thyme & Table kitchen shears and they're really nice. They came with a storage sheath. I also have 2 of those double decker end tables that used to belong to my late husband's grandmother. I have no idea how old they are, but they're still in great condition.

You definitely over doubled your money ! Great finds! Your videos are never too long because u and Kayla keep the upbeat going and u don't realize that its a long video! Keep up all the great work and cant wait to see the other units!! Crossing fingers that their just as great as this one was!! Weather has been very warm here in Milwaukee, WI we had 4 straight days in the 90s then Thursday the first day of summer we cooled down to the 70s. Its Saturday now and its very warm and super muggy. Going to be a very interesting summer!

Kayla LOL "My brother's baby!" My son and I just did the time vs tHyme. I said time he said thyme less than 15 minutes ago. You can get a replacement foot. That is MCM 40s-60s My S9 is about 6 yo. Lots of people don't know what to do with phones so it's easier for them to throw them in a safe than clear them.

18:29 Water skis do not have metal edges. The major concern with water skis and wakeboards is delamination. Once they start delaminating, they are toast.

I was worried about you, because storage unit safes are nearly always empty, and breaking them open destroys the value of the safe. You should check the value of the cables - they could be good. I've never seen a $1000 cable found in a storage unit, but you never know. Some of the furniture would definitely be advertised as MCM, whether it is or not.

I grew up with those split level end tables in my parents living room. Put a lamp on top and magazines and other stuff on the second level. Those are mid-century style.

The two coffee tables "double stack" are not the valuable ones but still very desired style. I have an older one & you can tell the older ones because they are thicker & sturdy enough to stand on.
