Next Kina you eat, you want it to be creamy and bright yellow! they are the best - another great video either way :-)

I highly recommend you peel all the kina flesh out then soak in chilled freshwater, drop some lemon juice, can get rid of bitterness.

Ripoff waste of money

You have to go diving to understand the effort and dangers in collecting seafood so the prices are not cheap but compared to takeaway so i recon the prices are fair..what isn't expensive or over-priced these these days 😂

$15 for a kina, that's rape, I won't even eat one I could get free from the ocean, the oysters are expensive, but they are delicious.
