I have no balance and am considered a high risk fall person, so to watch you on the rickety old jetty was setting my teeth on edge. Glad no one fell in. But I do think after all that hard work I’d be having something a bit stronger than a cup of tea to celebrate.
Clean up the shore and is there a way to un clear your waterways more. Or get and aeration pump for near by later. Nice platform, he knew what to do here. ,make a ladder for getting down below into water and one on the flat rock path from house walk way, the rocks on the banking are a nice touch.
Love what you have done. I live in this district and I would personally be cementing those rocks in place. When it floods, they could get washed away. Be careful of bull sharks.
That being tidal, just be careful of bull sharks. What a remarkable transformation, the place looks really like there is a number of projects on the go.
Whoo, so exciting to have the jetty work on its way! Well done, it’s looking fabulous! I can just picture it finished and enjoying a lovely brekkie etc out there! Can’t wait to see more progress.. loving following your journey from the beginning ❤ from Melbourne
they are waders, not pants, but as the creek is tidal better watch out for sharks, yes I grew up in an area like this in QLD and often went down to a creek on my horse and would see sharks cruising around in them so no way I'd be walking around in that water, the front yard looks nice so far b.t.w keep us the good work
It seems to be an insult to call that a creek. It has great depth particularly when there is a high tide. What designates a river I wonder? Great spot.
Awesome work guys, Id be inclined to lift the jetty up to upper bank height and extend the deck on land for a BBQ area 😀 Ask the council if you can moor a pontoon to your jetty. With waders on always draw the top string tight as possible if going into deep water, limits the speed they fill up if you happen to fall over.
Your vision of this beautiful home is amazing and you guys should be so proud of what you have achieved and myself being a wynnum / manly girl growing up, the people were also amazing and still are I hope!! Congrats on your hard work 🎉🎉
Already the place looks so much different from the very first video. I am sure you will many beautiful breakfasts on that jetty. What a way to start your day off, lucky buggers. 😂
Having lived in North Queensland for the majority of my life, I panicked a little when you were working around and in the creek 😮 A croc would have grabbed you by now if you tried to do that up here! Love your videos, awesome outcomes so far ❤
Love watching your journey through this amazing transformation, Hmm.. is he called 180 because if he see's something he doesn't like he does a 180 ? been trying to figure that one out. Can't be because he doesn't like to work because he does a lot of that.. Brett from South Australia..
Hello, at time zero of the video, the tree in shot appears to be a Chinese Celtis tree, which is quite a problematic environmental weed. You may wish to remove it. They can grow huge, and the birds will spread the seeds everywhere.
