Really good video. I like that you did a more expensive hotel rather than just the cheaper ones. You should do a mix of high, medium, and low cost places regularly. That covers a wider base of viewers. And nice that Emma joined you.

Why did you use that car park ? it's quite a distance from the hotel, you could have got one much nearer in fact the multi storey one right opposite........that Holiday inn has more going for it than the one i stayed in up in Dumfries.
The problem is with nearly all hotels the housekeeping staff just aren't given enough time to do everything to a very high standard. Many people come wanting to check in early and you've constantly got reception asking if rooms are ready because guests are waiting, and they'll ask you how long it's going to take and can you get it done as quickly as possible. Housekeeping is a nightmare, especially if you have days where staff phone in sick or sometimes just don't bother to turn up then you have extra work but rooms are still expected to be ready by check in time regardless.
Also I suspect hotel management have cut back on the number of staff they employ for room servicing. I have noticed that good hotels say check-in is not possible until 15:00 (3 pm). Back in the day the check-in time was more like midday or 13:00 (1 pm) which means hotels are now allowing longer for rooms to be serviced.
It's a fairly big hotel so you have to take in to account the amount of staff working there, plus the cost of electricity, water, gas, laundry and other bills. And the boss wants to make a bit of profit. You're mistaken if you think these sort of hotels are making huge profits.

Ohhhhh you what. A full sofa in the hotel room, now that is the future. A bath which has a tap which isn't a tap & coffee machine ... ohhhhhh HAVE WE! Hairs all over the gaff, they need to sort that out. The UV light bringing out some hidden secrets in the bathroom and the TV taking 3 days to turn on but when it does come on its a good picture. Mini fridge is a nice touch. £122 ... I reckon not bad like you say for a couple. Good video. Your the best looking man on youtube and that's a fact. Keep it real with Ian beale 💙
That car park was daylight robbery. Trams are handy especially outside the hotel. Who puts crisps in the fridge 😮. Grimey enough for 11 weeks open Dan.😊

That hotel looks amazing but I didn’t like the view that much,I’m glad you enjoyed your complimentary goodies you need to with the price you paid for one night

I don't understand how you can make comments about a dirty room like you and your wife as I noticed that you both are walking around in the hotel room with dirty trainers, do you not think that you are adding to any muck that you find.
