With ur deep grasp on fundamental analysis, pl make an educative video where vital parameters/ ratios for fundamentals are used in general and for different sectors . Ishmohit of SOIC , Dr Vijay Malik and Samit Vartak of sage equity have there own preferences for these parameters, so pl make a best combo as u feel appropriate please 😊

As you mentioned about dishonest managements like LEEL, promoters having a low stake in this case is better as the chance of capital mis-allocation could be lesser. For everyone who asks why the promoters themselves are not buying, think about it, the promoter decisions being voted against. I would prefer promoter stake to be low until they let the shareholders to benefit

An example of a good story telling. With so many risks why should one take a position. Lets assume some of your thesis plays out, what would be your buy, scale up, hold and sell/scale out steps? Would you ever be able allocate 5%+ in this? So why waste time and burn money in this? Why should I shift from say Trent/ Indigo/ Redtape etc to here? This video looks either like a ego pump/ marketing trick video to show analysis skills than anything.

I am not invested🙂 I have clearly shared why I don't like the business & possible capital allocation issues that might arise in future along with the FII's having questionable history in the past. The simple.premise behind this video was that I came across an interesting idea on twitter, did my research & found this facts which makes me uncomfortable betting on this story. Since I have never studied this business before so I did (I don't know from when its called as wasting time), However, to rather save other investor's time on researching this particular idea, We have posted the video on our "analysis". My dear Druv , I have always found ur analysis with bona-fide intent and empowering the investors . In fact here the deep analysis done has infact enlarged my process of deeper analysis. It looks by and large the investors like those companies which are generating wealth for them instead of cautionary inputs of companies facing head winds . Keep ur endeavour intact to impart learnings.

You didnt understand my comment at all. I didnt tell that you wasted time analysing it. I said, why waste time by staying invested in a kachra stock when there are better stocks available. Read the other part of the question and see how they are connected. Why should one waste time staying invested with a stock whose outcomes are too many. I dont/didnt insult your analysis. I always ask why is someone discussing an idea if he is not going to allocate 5%? My comments come from that basis. I in fact asked you about your buy/scale up/ hold/ scale down/exit steps as well. I even questioned will you allocate 5% in it ( may not be today but in future),.

Sir As I mentioned..I didnt like the risks factor thats why I will give it a pass (meaning I have no stake in the business), the idea was never to say thay invest in this business 🙂 I came across an announcement, felt interesting, did my limited research & shared with our audience..thats all😅 I understand your part that one might not take 5% stake in this business or stay invested but the point was to look at this as purely a case study & nothing else (hence saying 21 yr whom you barely know as boosting ego or showcasing research for the sake of marketing seems a little harsh:) Regardless, thanks for watching the video🙂
