Absolutely love this map. First learnt 'turtling' when I faced a player held one of the side bases for more than an hour, as we kept trying to break through.

I really hate the visual *and* gameplay design of HW2. It could have elevated and perfected the (sometimes rough around the edges) HW1 formula and instead it just spits in its face.
I can't bring myself to finish HW2 because of the graphics change. To think I wanted a sequel for that long only to have my eyes hit with whatever HW2 was. Even the og 360 HW demo is more playable for me than HW2.
Love Terminal Moraine. Love to see Andrew use more of the unique channel slang too. I get that growing the channel is important but I feel like the decrease in unique terms is reductive enough to be counterintuitive. Yes, I know this is an old video.
That bridge is a choke point. Double teaming with air units could easily counter. But I like to have fun so I would Leroy Jenkins some suicide grunts at your base while sneaking through with the arbiter 😂
Ah, I remember this game. Pathfinding is crap and units are overall not that responsive, but it's otherwise pretty solid. Also feels a lot more halo-y than the 2nd one. Halo Wars 2 goes too much into 343's homebrew.
Xbox you can tell because he goes toy he 360 dashboard and it's using Xbox button prompts. If you play the pc edition it's better to M&K like the majority of rts

Yes and no resources are limited in age of empires so eventually someone runs out of stuff faster. However people have managed to make games last like 2-4hrs
Unlocked a lot of childhood memories of me and my cousin playing on the 360 back in the day. To be fair we have scheduled gamenights on this game monthly... Arbiter V. Cutter..... I have only ever won FOUR TIMES out of the hundreds of times I have played against him.

I had a similar situation against an enemy that was fortifying a lot. I used the banshees to rush to the buildings and to run away many times; the units had to split and I could stay compact during the run aways. Banshees, in my opinion are broken: cheap and fast to rebuild
